Quality hose. Very thick with wire reinforcement. The 1-in hose has an adapter that goes from one inch to something larger It doesn't matter because the inner diameter of the win inch part is not one inch but, you can just flip the hose around and use the other end. So we did and it was nice and tight on this little Comfry laundry unit. Then we got it on our 1 in fitting And finally cranked the hose clamp down far enough to tighten on a 1-in fitting. What a pita.

This hose is garbage. It failed in in 5 months after installing it. It starting to rip apart out of no where. Do not buy this crap!

This product works as intended on my washing machine. So far has outlasted other brands at Home Depot.

I have a Maytag washer, which originally came with a hose that has an 'L' type connector. However, over time, the upper part of the hose eventually wore out (scraping against the cement basement wall) and sprung a leak. I thought I could do an easy fix with replacing that OEM hose with this universal one. I was wrong. The space is really tight behind the washer. You can see in the pic that the space between the washer's drain outlet and the house's main sewer drain pipe is very narrow. The universal fittings of the replacement hose just doesn't fit well within this space. The result was that the seal was not tight no matter how much I tightened up the clamp. In the end, it failed and I got a flood during a drain and spin cycle. I just ordered an actual Maytag OEM drain hose in order to fix this properly and for it to fit in the narrow space. I'm sure this product can work just fine if you have plenty of space between the washer and the wall, but if you have a narrow space, I don't think it'll work all that well—it didn't for me and now I'm dealing with a bit of a flood and a wait for the OEM hose, so we can't wash clothes for a while. I'm not blaming this product's manufacturer; it's my fault for not measuring the space and thinking about this ahead of time.

Water everywhere

Great fit , love the built in curve of the hose. The prior tubing must have had some imperceptible crack as water was everywhere. this solved everything and looks very professional.

Don't buy this garbage chinese crap it's so thin on the end and no Matter how tight I get the clamps it drips garbage garbage garbage

Good product no problems

Bought this hose and used it once. It was cracked. Been trying to get ahold of someone for a replacement using the warranty and no one even gets back to you. Been 3 weeks since i sent first email and have sent a few more since. Would NOT RECOMMEND this seller/company. Had to give 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give 0. Buyer beware.
