I've ordered these before and they worked great...for a while. After three months, all three stopped working, on both of my wired headsets. I ordered again in Oct 2022, and over the next 45 days, all three again stropped working. Unfortunately, I was over the 30-day return period so, I am eating the cost for this Apple MFi Certified product. Clearly Apple is OK with planned obsolescence. Of course, that is their business model for phones as well. I like Apple products. They just seem to work without a hitch. But when they deleted the 3.5mm headphone jack and required the lightning connection, that created this issue of needing an adapter if I want to use a wired headset. Now I can't charge my phone at the same time I am using it with a wired headset...that's important because I use a lot of phone time for business calls every day. And yes, I get it, Apple wants us to use wireless ear buds or air buds or some such device so you can be connected anywhere you want...they NEVER work for me and that's not what I want. I've tried wireless for 20 years and every time I am disappointed. In any case, I like stereo headphones better and so I am forced to use an adapter. I understand the reality is that we have this crazy lightning thingy. But I am not happy that the adapters are clearly not designed to last very long. I now need to order another brand to see if I have different results. Frustrated in Pittsburgh.

Within a short period of time, 2 of the three had a piece of it break off into the phone. Because I didn't use them all right away, I was charged a restocking fee because the return window had closed. This was unfortunate because it was a bad product.

They are inexpensive but eventually fail. I've ordered these twice but I'm looking for a new solution.

got these, delivered by july 1st, as i didnt want to buy from apple or the amazon vendor i bought from before, since those half-broke a bit quickly. but these already are on their last feet far quicker. i bumped into something while it was being used in my pocket and it broke clear off-with the charging port section still in. thankfully wasn’t stuck in the port. i had that issue with a charger two years ago and thankfully got someone to get it out or else it end worse for my phone.besides that total break, they seem to not like a lot of movement or certain drawers and will routinely stop working / connecting for a while. if i slightly bump the cord myself it pauses or disconnects (usually doesnt fully thank god).overall less finicky than the last headphones i got but might just save up more to buy from apple directly. if u dont plan to do much while listening to em, then it should be fine. just be very gentle on angle/placement etc.tho even at their lowest setting with my headphones its hard to make it not too loud (i listen to music while i work)

I like the fact the it brings 3 pieces, in case you loose 1 you have 2 more as backup.

I used the product at work to listen to music while I worked. I really liked it. I just connected to my phone and I was set. The only I disliked was that it caused periodic stoppages but that was corrected when I straightened the cord out.

iOS device registers the connectors as beats + earphones and not even a second later; you find yourself in need of a new connector. No crap in review; these are utterly and most sincerely useless
