We are a fan of a Japanese brand and discovered this Korean brand, and decided to go for it. I love the space egg shape, and then cooked our first Jasmine rice..ooh, it was beautifully cooked. Then tried the other options like congee..perfectly cooked again. I can’t wait to try the other options including slow cooking a stew. The design is beautiful, contemporary modern. The only improvement is better written instructions to switch to the ‘second page’ of options. It took 5 minutes to figure it out.

This is the best high quality rice cooker I ever owned. It makes the most delicious rice. Works so perfect!

The calrose rice comes out sticky rice. The rice is clumped together and very difficult to separate. Jasmine rice comes out great but since our family mainly eats calrose, this is very disappointing. Also. The calrose rice starting turning yellow after less than 12 hours Also, the top is very difficult to open. You have to turn it counter clockwise until it pops opens and when it opens, the whole rice cooker jumps backwards. They got rid of a lot of buttons and dials for an aesthetic look but it’s really not practical.

Rice comes out perfect and keeps rice well for about 1.5 days. Looks good, sounds are good. Some improvements add a rice scoop holder, it could include some smart/wifi features for the price

It cooks rice way better than Instant pots.

This rice cooker cooked rice perfectly every time. I am very satisfied .

After cooking rice grain by grain is a dreamlike taste

After about 2 years of using this rice cooker, I started experiencing several issues. It began leaking water during use, the inner rubber gasket keeps falling off every time I cook rice, and the steam doesn’t release properly anymore. Because of this, it’s become difficult and a bit unsafe to use. It worked well at first, but I’m disappointed that it didn’t last longer for the price.
