Great supplement
I love this stuff. It actually helps my muscles my sciatica, and just move around easier.

They sure helped me alot. The price and the quality was great. I had pain shooting down my leg and could barely walk. After I took these for about 1 week the pain was going away and I could actually walk without having to stop every 3ft. Now I'm great really. They worked for me

One problem or the other
It's a good product for a sciatica problem. MY problem is that it has too much magnesium for me to handle. My labs show that my magnesium levels are within normal range (naturally). When I was taking this product it gave me intensive headaches that lasted for an entire week. Had to take migraine meds to alleviate the severe headache and cold gel packs almost constantly. Otherwise, besides the headache problem, I felt better from the sciatica pain. It was one thing or the other. So I chose to stop taking the caps. For me, my problem is the amount of magnesium.

It worked wonders for Me !
This really helped me with my Sciatic pain ! I was hurting so badly it hurt to get in bed , get in and out of my car , every movement hurt ! My sister had this and gave me some to try because it helped her . I took the first dose and it cut my pain by 75% then I took another dose and it stopped it completely ! I immediately ordered my own bottle to keep on hand ! I know everyone responds differently to meds/supplements but I was impressed when it just made the pain manageable but then it took it completely away and I eternally grateful !
