After I ordered I noticed the USB and HDMI was built into the face of the unit "Very stupid", I went to cancel and found it was being shipped from china so that was a no go. When i received the screen and pulled the back off I was able to unscrew the board and run hdmi cable and USB through the headlinerto the front entertainment equipment. It's ok quality woth the couple hundred bucks.

The unit is nice and installation is straightforward. Im able to watch movies but there is no sound coming out. The unit does not produce sound from the fm frequency through vehicle speakers, or the IR headphones (xtrons) it came with. I thought to be a defective unit, until i got a replacement and the same issue with that one.

Picture quality is fantastic among the best for Having a vehicle. I gave at four stars because the only sound quality you can get are through the radio which gets static depending on where you travel or IR which gets interference if something gets in the way. Play ended up running an HDMI audio extractor it uses an AUX plug. I hardwired it into my factory cars AUX port and the sound worked great but I did have to get an AUX ground loop to prevent any background feedback and now it works perfectly almost as if it were installed factory. The only other reason that I give us four out of five stars is due to the way it closes if my vehicle hits a Bad bump in the road the monitor unlatches itself and opens up. I have to keep reaching back and shutting it when that happens.

Installed in my husbands truck for trips. Can't really get through a whole movie without sound issues. Headphones rarely work but sound good when they do but at this point we just run the screen off of our phones via USB c to hdmi and then Bluetooth our phones to the truck for sound.

We actually returned this item, not because anything was wrong with how it worked, but because it did not play DVDs. My husband misread the info, so my rating choice is only meant as a neutral position, based on not being the type of player we were looking for.

Nobody wants to install it.. they say it’s to big for a over head system.. I called everyone in the city..

Fabolous screen! Great value for money. Got it fitted in a VW Multivan. Wasn't sure about size but 17inch turned out to be the perfect one. Outstanding image and audio. Had a problem with faulty headsets but Seller would solve It straight away. Bear in mind that installation needs to be undertaken by a professional. It's a mayor job

Absolute rubbish, does not support Google Play, Amazon Prime or Netflix. The earphones hiss when in use.
