Did exactly as it promised. Quite dark brown raised areas on my cheeks more or less disappeared in two weeks. I was religious in applying the cream morning and evening and am thrilled with the results. I am almost 80 years old and to be honest I was skeptical. Result!

The product arrived with the box ripped apart and I wasn't convinced it hadn't already been partly used. But it appears I can't return it. Item was not cheap so this is very disappointing.
