Farmstead Apothecary 100% Natural Face Wash with Organic Jojoba Oil, 4 oz BAR (Lemon Lavender)- Plastic Free

I have struggled with acne for years, so I decided to try all natural face products to see if that works, because I tried everything out there. I was skeptical about this, but it cleaned my skin better than anything I had ever used. The smell is amazing, not too strong but you can tell it is a natural scent. I love how there are only 6 ingredients. I knew exactly what they were, so I knew I wasn't putting any toxic chemicals onto my skin. I immediately ordered their body wash and body lotion after using this. I plan on getting their entire line of products. I am in love!

I appreciate the fact that there are only 6 ingredients in this foaming cleanser and that the smell is pleasant. I will also say that it seems to cleanse fairly well, however I don't wear a lot of makeup so I'm not sure if it would clean "full face" wearers well. I have used this for 3 weeks so far and I've not experienced any discomfort. The downside for me is that as I begin to rub it on my skin the lather dissipates too quickly and I have to get more soap to finish the job. Granted this isn't expensive, but I don't think it will last as long as I'd hoped. However, the fact that I can pronounce everything and I know what each ingredient is, I'll more than likely purchase again.

I have been using the body butter and facial moisturizer from this company for about a year. They are about the only lotions/ creams I can tolerate due to some unidentified allergy to something in most cosmetics. I just ordered the face wash. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of product I received. The face wash smells wonderful. I got the strawberry rose scent. So happy to have discovered this company. One other nice surprise is that the facial moisturizer is now in a glass container. I hope they fully switch. Glass is 100% recyclable. PS I never leave reviews. That's how much I like these products.

Smells good and I like washing my face with foaming face .

Ok, this is my opinion. Everyone is different, so this may work for you. This product irritated and burned my face. Not even an ice pack helped to alleviate the burning sensation and beet redness. Now I have roseacea, but I guess one, two or more ingredients didn't agree with my sensitive face. In a nutshell, ouch, I would be lying if I say that I can recommend this. Do a patch test first. This is a mirror reflection I see of myself....😡.

Face wash- at first I thought... is my skin clean? It gets my waterproof makeup off, something my pricey wash did not do. My sensitive skin has not broken out and it feels so smoothe. Smells a little odd, like faded summer strawberries, but this is my new go to. All the others went under the sink.

I have used this for several months as well as their face lotion (fig scent) as I strive to get away from chemical laden products. Their products have a nice, short list of ingredients and they work well. Am very pleased with them and keep them on my S&S monthly.
