I am very pleased with the medium sized holder, it is perfect for my lab and keeps her from eating the bully stick too fast and is definitely worth the price in my opinion. The only issue is that some bully sticks are skinny, and the holder doesn’t crank down enough to secure them. I thought the smaller holder would hold the smaller bully sticks better, so I bought it….but it doesn’t screw any tighter than the medium one I already had….so there was no point getting the smaller one.
