Ferrara International Cafe Cookies, Lady Fingers, 7-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12)

Hard, crunchy, just what I needed for tiramisu because the cookies didn't get soggy after soaking into the coffee. All came in one piece, none were broken. I would order again, but still 5 boxes left after making 2 tiramisu already.

Purchased all they had at my local grocery store, 9 boxes! I have been trying a new recipe for tiramisu each year and these made the best one I’ve ever made. I also made my own marscapone and it was very easy, If you are making marscapone I suggest letting it cool to room temperature and then refrigerating overnight. Mine thickened without any draining through cheesecloth. I just use the recipe on the box next time going to add cognac
