Get’s the job done!
This is a really strong low profile floor Jack. It is just what I need to get under a low car like my Honda Accord. At 3.5 tons it will be able to work under a truck.

The box was thrashed!
Even though the packaging didn't fair well, the jack was in good condition. My choice of shoulder carry to the garage almost got a toe squashed as the jack fell out of the packaging and hit the concrete floor in the garage with a real thud! So I had to make sure the jack worked as it should, it's fine and works well.

Disappointed, wheel fell off
The jack works great, but the front wheel fell off after only 3 times using it....

Good jack
Seam to be built well very sturdy and stable when i picked up my one ton truck . This is not a jack that you want to pick up very much. It is all steel and heavy . Rolls around well.

Jack did not come with rubber saddle
The jack works fine, but was hoping for the rubber saddle, just to keep metal on metal contact.

Works great, but not as advertised, and poor shipping
The item itself is probably 4 stars but I had a cruddy experience with the shipment and it doesn't jack up as quickly as it advertises. It takes me like 15-20 rounds of pumping to get the car up and it is advertised not as such. The shipment of the product is also a disaster. It's probably because the item weighs like 50lbs and it isn't packaged or handled well. The product arrived with the box half open. You can see oil marks on the box so not entirely sure if the compression cylinder is leaking or whatnot. One of the wheels fell off and the pin went missing to hold it in. The saving grace is amazon just refunded the item but even the return is near impossible as you are dealing with another 50lb item that was poorly packaged with a destroyed box. So just be careful when buying this. The product itself is quite sturdy and is a value purchase for the DIY mechanic. They could make it a ton better by just spending a few extra dollars on packaging.

Had no problem lifting my 25’ trailer.
The jack worked as described. I received the box torn open and the handle extension was missing.
