Honeywell Home T4021 Thera 200-White and Chrome Thermostatic Radiator Valve

I contacted Honeywell as some people state that the enclose paperwork say it will not work vertically and they say it works vertically and horizontal so I ordered 3 for Amazon. When fitted vertical the heat setting number are upside down, which is no problem, but it's a stupid design problem.2 valves were new and 1 was used and the fixing ring was scuffed all the way round, so I returned it to Amazon. Hope Amazon hasn't set it to some other poor sole?

Looks nice. Does the job. Dial is a bit stiff and says in the packing not suited for vertical installation. But I have it installed vertically, and it works so far. May start to not work later on.

I used this thermostatic valve to replace the standard white one which frankly didn't fit in with the rest of the room. Being Honeywell, they are very well finished units which took literally 20 seconds to replace.

Needed a replacement for a valve that has seized up.This is a genuine part but sadly doesn’t fit my radiator.The star rating is therefore arbitrary
