Best cutter I’ve ever owned. Multiple purpose use. Retractable. Has a safety lock. Blade comes out at 2 different lengths

I use this everyday at work. I’m a morning stock person so I’m cutting cardboard all morning. I bought a retractable cable thing to hang it off from my belt so if my hands are full I just let it go and it doesn’t drop to the floor. Only drawback is it uses a different kind of blade. I found a box of 100 of them for pretty cheap and they’ll last me a lifetime. It has different levels of cutting depth and when you release the handle the blade disappears so you won’t cut yourself. It’s not heavy or a pain to use. If it ever wears out which I doubt I would buy another one

For the price, it’s my go to safety knife bee using it them for years. Normally lasts 6-12 months and I buy a new one.

I work in a warehouse. I am accustomed to the s4 cutter and one of the best at my job. For those products hard to open frequently damaged I give this a huge thumbs up. On the lowest setting I can quickly open even umbrellas without the concern of damaging them. I am very skilled with a box cutter so I cannot speak for everyone HOWEVER if you are looking for something to keep your employees especially novice ones from messing stuff up this IS a GREAT idea for you. Where this falls short is repetitive performance. If you need to open 100s of boxes this will perform at 75-80% of an s4 cutter (*based on my personal performance rating as I said though I am REALLY good at the task of opening boxes I averaged 145% expected rate with it)

I like the guard/blade cover. What I don't care for is the film cutter is flimsy. There doesn't seem to be a way of locking it into place while in use. There also doesn't seem to be a way to change the film cutter blade if it becomes worn from use. Would still buy it , but improvements need to be made.

Safety is my number one concern, I never have to worry about blade it automatically retracts after you lift of your thumb, easy and fast blade change. I’ve purchased this product twice, I lost my first one at work. I highly recommend his box cutter to fellow employees.
