Awesome Shade Weights
These things hold down your shade canopy so it doesn’t become a kite when a dust devil hits. They work awesome for this purpose.

Good heavy weight, but watch the locking pins
This canopy weight is good overall and has enough heft to feel useful. I used it with a canopy/gazebo setup, and the weight itself does what I wanted: it adds stability and feels solid rather than flimsy. The main downside is the locking pin design. The pins that lock it to the pole are easy to lose, which is frustrating because they are small but important for keeping everything set up correctly. I wish they were attached to the weight somehow or had a better way to stay with the unit when it is being moved or stored. Overall, it is a good, heavy canopy weight and I like the basic function. Just be careful with the pins, because losing them would make the setup more annoying than it needs to be.

Good weights; works as expected
Does the job, as expected. They're weights, so as long as they are heavy and fit in easily with the canopy poles, there's not much of way for them to get a bad rating.

On a windy day those tiny pieces of metal are going to do nothing. Weights work great without the metal in them. I didn't end up using the strap when packing up, did make it handy to carry over when setting up though.
