I got this for various needs in the home when we need height for reachability & it works great. Recommended product.Further comments are below:Things I like about this product:- Ladder works well & can hold a good amount of weight- Extremely good build quality overall. Durable and should last for years- Retracts and is easy to store in the corner. Very easy to open/close and hence very usable- Has a very good weight capacity of 330lbs- Ladder hold firmly on the floor without any wobble. Steps foot has a non-slip cover & great for that extra safety factor- Safety lock is a nice feature in these & easy to use. On extending the steps, it even locks by itselfThings that need improvement:- Not the most lightweight ladder. Needs good effort to move around- Price might be a concerning factor for many but if you can afford then go for itOverall take: For the usability factor, I would still recommend these as these work in other situations where conventional 2-step ladders don't.

Sturdy ladder, easy to store in our washer/drier room. Delivery was prompt and the ladder arrived in a good shape. It's easy to expand.

First time use climbing up to the roof of the 5th wheel. Review is for the 16.5ft ladder.First off, its light and easy to maneuver/extend. While climbing it does flex as expected, more so when set at a steeper angle. Also the rungs are further apart than standard ladders. I got about 10ft up and found one rung latched on only one side. Scary moment as the ladder felt spongey and leaned a bit but the other latch held firm. Climbed to the top and was able to lift the ladder and set the loose rung. Because the ladder is so light, there doesn't seem to be much stability with the flexing. The latches hold on downward pressure (as they should!) but you can feel the give when moving and lifting the ladder when extended and getting back on to get down.. We ended up strapping the ladder to the trailer at the top to improve the situation.Overall, we will keep it because of its weight and space saving design and look for a way to lock it to the side of the rig during use. As others have noted, It depends on your personal risk assessment.

Very efficient 4-step ladder. Easy to use, very safe. Looks great. Stores easily. Just the right height, not too heavy or bulky.

The media could not be loaded. The Later is strong; very well made, aluminum with rubber/silicon parts. the latter comes with hooks and roller wheels. little assembly required' nothing complicated. This later Is a heavy tool so be ready for the heavy weight. The latter collapses down so be careful with the sections as they drop upon releasing the lock latches. My first use i took the latter to 14 ft. with no issues. I do plan to extend this later to 19 ft.

I purchased the 26' ladder. Problem #1 The directions and parts bag doesn't match the ladder. No directions on where to add pieces provided. Problem#2 Stability- too much flex in this ladder when extended. This means it is not stable against surfaces. Problem #3 the rungs are too far apart to climb at 18" top of step to top of step. (Should be 12") This makes it unsafe to climb. Looks nice, but too dangerous to use. Wish I knew these issues before wasting my money.

I bought this to use for access to my boat during the winter while the vessel is in storage and up on blocks/jacks in a heated facility. It works great and I can fold it up and simply store it on the swim platform when I'm not there and working onboard. Since it's too big to store onboard during the boating season, (at least that's my opinion), I'll take it home and store it in the garage during the summer once the boat goes back in the water. It is stable and collapses and folds nicely. It does weigh more than my other collapsible ladder but it has rollers on the bottom so it's pretty easy to transport. I purchased this ladder with only one use in mind and it works great for what I need it for. I'm glad I bought it!!

It's a cool product and a cool concept. However, it is extremely heavy! Also worth noting it is very easy to pinch one's fingers in this. When collapsing it. I would say borderline dangerous to be honest. But it is handy, it is nice to have such a tall ladder and fit into such a small space for storage.

When folding it down it can snap down pretty fast so I lay it over the top of my stairs and close it while its laying down that way it cannot snap onto your hand or fingers. It does the job but would not want to go higher than 12 feet with it. For portability it is great would fit in my car.

Liked the compact size but found separating each set of steps was difficult. Overall pleased with product

The ladder collapses quite easily and doesn’t take up much space. I have it strapped to the frame on my Kenworth and it rides perfectly. Has some flex in the middle if you’re going up high but remains sturdy and stable. Makes strapping high loads much easier
