Loaded with Microsoft Edge
Could not load any programmes until S Mode was removed. Microsoft Edge was the only browser and is not very user friendly. Otherwise the laptop is great. Good size screen and very clear.

Very disappointing poor quality item, plastic body of laptop not well fitted and slightly bowed. Very poor for an HP product.

no Ethernet port
decent bit of kit but i am disappointed there is no ethernet port as i prefer hard wire to wifi connection to router

Unusable due to no internet connection
This laptop has failed to connect to the internet since just after purchase. Not been able to rectify so sent back on warranty for repair/rwplacement. Other reviews have said similar and commented on the S Mode being a problem. Wish I had read these before buying.
