Set of 5 Crystal Clear Plastic Storage Box Boxes With Lids UK BRITISH MADE Home Office Stackable (24 LITRE)

I bought these to fit inside a cupboard and if they were actually the size advertised they would have fit perfectly. However instead the length with the lid on is actually 59.5cm and width 39.5cm. The image with the measurements on shows the measurements with the lids on so definitely not a mistake on my end - completely incorrectly advertised. They are nice boxes so I can use them elsewhere but I’m very disappointed I’ve spent money on something that’s not as it is supposed to be.

Very sturdy and stack well. Unfortunately a couple were damaged in the post but the company were very prompt in sending replacements without any trouble.

Return customer say no more

I must first say I like this product and have previously bought larger ones. These arrived with 4 out of 5 lids damaged. I contacted the seller who promptly responded asking me to leave feedback with photosgraph as evidence of the damage. This is my 5th or 6th attempt over the month since receiving them. Amazon leaves a message say it may take several days to post my review. Come on Amazon I ca get replacement lids and use the boxes until you past this.

Bought for Xmas decorations storage, boxes are fine but lids didn’t clip closed even when empty, tried lids on every box but made no difference. Did not return , sat in loft, taped up as we had nothing else to use. Not a great advert for UK MADE.

I ordered one full set of 5 and one box was damaged. I complained and have had the missing box replaced. I also ordered another 4 sets as they are good quality but only 3 arrived. I have contacted the seller and am hopeful that my full set of 5 will also be replaced.
