Great item if you are making sauerkraut, pushes the cabbage well down in my one litre kilner jar. Easy to use. Well worth the money.

Neat, balanced, well designed and well made. Great for all ‘packing’ of all appropriate necked jars up to 2/3L capacity. Would love to see longer, more robust fermentation packer of similar quality designed for larger fermentation crocks.
