After a theft attempt on my car i got carlock and this sensors does the job. I have peace of mind that the moment someone even tries to get in my car, I will know within seconds.

Simple to add to Carlock. Connectivity a breeze. Works very well. Suggestion, buy at least two. If you have a two door car, mount the sensor on the inside B pillar (if plastic) to sense doors opening AND detect a door's glass plus rear quarter glass tapping or banging. This will work for 4 door cars too. On the inside B pillar. Do not place sensor inside front door as rear sensitivity will be low and you'll need two more sensors. one for each door. Before permanent mounting, use tape to hold the sensor in place and test vibration detection. Allow a minute between sensor reactivation. Park your vehicle on a noisy busy street. Wait a few minutes to see if any false notifications. If so, reposition the sensors. When all is well, then use the 3M backing tape. I think these are pricey when you really need at least two. But they work well.

Of the accessories you can purchase for the CarLock alarm system. This is the only one that consistently works. I placed mine in the drivers door. I figure if they are going to steal my car most likely they will get to this door. I also have the two other devices they offer. The quarter sized access helper that is supposed to detect layout phone and unlock system before you get to the car and the key fob (black) device that goes in your pocket, key ring,or where ever. Does the same. Detects you getting close to car and unlocks system for you. These two have almost never worked for me… ever. But the vibration sensor does.

I've already own the carlock device for awhile and recently purchased the new viberation sensor and it has added extra security to the already awesome carlock tracking device yes I highly recommend this with carlock P.S you do need to pay attention to instructions when turning it on so pls log into the website and research first and dont forget to scan the QR code that is grey on the actual device not the packaging when trying to pair it on your app and actually stick it to your car door using double sided tape in packaging instead of just sitting it in your door and give it time to adjust after attaching to your door it won't continue to alert by continuing to open and closing your door simultaneously like a person trying to clear a room full of smoke...even if the packaging says to shake it....its only when you first open your door and make sure it's in range of the car lock device and you have good cell phone signal....if you do all that accordingly you should have great results like mine...mine triggers off and works great even when someone has a loud muffler on their car parked next to mine......thanks ......God bless

Just got one and it does not work, its QR code does not sync. It seems like more pieces need to be bought like the piece that goes in the OBD port. It comes with no instructions either, nor a code that is required in case the QR code fails. A waste of time!

I have been extremely satisfied with CarLock. The addition of external features, so such as vibration detection is moving it on par with more expensive car security systems. I constantly use CarLock as a means of tracking my car when it is at the shop or I am out of town. It was easy to install and works great. I also like that I get instant notifications on my phone.

Si tratta di un sensore estensivo per CarLock. Funziona molto bene e non dà falsi allarmi. Credo che CarLock sia l'unico sistema di antifurto satellitare ad avere sensori estensivi di vibrazione, che trovo molto importanti in quanto si viene avvisati via App se qualcuno sta aprendo la nostra vettura. Ovviamente questi sensori funzionano esclusivamente con il sistema CarLock. Vanno installati all’interno delle portiere. Eventualmente per quanto non sia possibile tarare la sensibilità, ci sono dei trucchetti per ridurla: ad esempio usare della spugna assorbi urti o in verticale. Ad ogni modo l’assistenza è di grandissimo aiuto.
