These really are extremely high quality flints. They are very soft, so take much less pressure to spark. They also ignite the gas first time rather than after multiple attempts, so will last much longer than cheaper equivalents.

I purchased these back in November as I was sick and tired of changing flints every week with the classic brands and OMG I’m amazed that it’s still going strong even though it’s nearly 2 months later and I use my lighter a lot. So if your looking for a great flint that doesn’t last 2seconds then look no further these will probably last you a few years with the amount you get.

Had a Zippo for over 30 years now and these area the best flints I have ever tried. They don't last as long as a Zippo flint but they do light faster.

Honestly, using clipper lighters for years due to possibility to top them up with gas and changing flints. When they are new works perfectly, after first change struggle begins regardless do I put a Clipper’s flints or even worst with Swan’s one. This ones are bloody amazing, lighter ignites on first try, they last much longer, simply perfect. Btw I almost never do reviews apart when I’m extremely unsatisfied, in this case they deserve to be noticed as a perfect solution for people who likes to “service” their lighters.

Perfect replacement for my Zippos! They are a wee bit softer, but send more sparks and light first strike 95% of the time! Well worth the value! Plus I personally like upkeepie things like putting a fresh flint in. Lol

I’ve used ronson, clipper and swan flints. They’re ok. But these red ones are absolutely first class. The spark so satisfyingly on the first try, it’s a genuine pleasure to light up
