Sending damaged and used items
Recived a defective item, looks used or old, can see dirt and rusty stains here and there. There was no safe packing apart from a big box. Some rubber knobs aren't fitting properly. So the item cannot be used, you can use the item without knobs which is not good.

The size of the rack is very small. According to the rate the rack is ok. Cannot keep heavy items. Just ok. Not strong enough.
