I have used the Arm and Hammer Essentials deodorants in various scents for years. Best value for aluminum-free deodorant. No stains, no skin irritation or stickiness, long-lasting, less harmful ingredients. If you sweat enough, may need an additional application. I am fairly sensitive to smells, and this doesn't bother me at all.

I love the Arm & Hammer deodorants, they work great, natural, no aluminum. I kept skipping this scent because it doesn't have a scent listed on the product, it just says Charcoal. If you read the description, it says "Dark Temptation", so I still wasn't sure what it would smell like. Well I finally ordered it and it has a pleasant pine/woodsy smell, but not overpowering. I'm a big guy who has a very physical job and I lift weights so I sweat all day. I have gotten several compliments about the smell of these Arm & Hammer Essentials deodorants. Also not sure what the charcoal does, or why it's the selling point, the package doesn't even say what the charcoal is supposed to do, but the deodorant does work great.

I like how easy the deodorant rolls on. The scent is not overpowering. The price is very good.

Had been looking for a more natural deodorant, something without the heavy metals. This one hits the mark. The scent is good for men or woman. The tube last much longer than regular deodorant. And the value for the money is fantastic.

I got this for my husband and we love it. The scent is strong at first (not really in a bad way) but mellows through the day. Still, he's gotten people tell him he smells good twice since wearing this. He also says it works pretty well, even better than other scents of the same brand he's tried. We plan to buy this one again ... as long as the price stays affordable at least.

I'd honestly switch to this deodorant if the cap would stay on, but it slides off so easily that you have to be careful about how you pick it up. I keep mine in a caddy, so I want to be able to pick it up from the top by the cap itself, but the rest of the stick always falls back down.Otherwise, the product itself is wonderful - love the smell, and it lasts all day. Please just improve the packaging! There are other Arm & Hammer deodorants with better packaging, so I'm not sure what the issue is.
