I have tried many planners, and this one is helping me the best so far! Don't let the small size fool you, as it's a benefit, as well as the week being set up in a vertical pattern. I use the far right side to list my daily steps, length of walking, calories burned & water consumption. It's a great week at a glance area to track my fitness, and has encouraged me to try harder!

I have a few more pads to go through once I’m done with using this currently. I will reorder though, I really like them.

Picture of hand for reference of size. Not too big, but perfect for it’s need. Love the tear off feature of the shopping list and there are so many pages, I can recycle for a different week. Exactly what I wanted for meal planning.

This works great for meal planning/weekly shopping planning. The paper is thinner than expected, but still a very useful item overall. The magnet holds it up on the fridge, no problem.
