Great wide bands
The wider design is effective. These bands stay in place during squats, lunges, and glute bridges. They do not roll up or slip down, eliminating the need for readjustments mid-workout. Great little exercise bands
Love these bands to help tone the thighs and backside. Can really fill the burn so I know its working. Great price for the bands. They don't slip and are the right fit. Very comfortable to use and it comes with a handy instruction manual for some good workouts to try.

Great bands!
I’ve been using these for months they don’t roll up like the rubber band ones. They do not slip or move. They are thick enough but not too thick. Definitely have resistance!! Love these so much!! They definitely are great for my workout!!
