Within a week one of the launchers broke and two of the spinning tops had lights that wouldn’t turn off and eventually died. My son really enjoys playing with it, but disappointed in the quality. Update: the seller reached out and offered to replace the broken pieces. It really is a fun toy that the whole family enjoys competing with.

I got this for someone right at the age it recommends and after spending a fun filled hour teaching him to use it he really got the hang of it and we were very proud of him. This was fantastic, I was worried after he first opened it but then he absolutely loved it once he was shown. Took practice to get good but fun to watch him learn and enjoy.

Edit: I figured out how to bypass Amazon customer service and speak with the seller directly. They are replacing the launchers themselves. The 3 launchers arrived broken. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve the issue by either getting replacement parts or a partial refund/credit. Amazon won’t even replace or refund it if I return it! The rest of the stuff is great. The battlers are better quality than beyblade, but just fyi the pieces are not interchangeable with beyblade. My son says they’re better than beyblade. They do more damage (if you can find a launcher to use). He wouldn’t let me return them even with the broken launchers.

We just got it today... the launchers broke within 2 hours of them playing with them... the blue string one jammed and won't unjam... just stuck... It was an okay deal for all that came with it... but I probably wouldnt it again... forgot to mention 2 of the beyblades dont light up as they're supposed to.

I am writing to report a quality issue with a Combat Giro product purchased on Amazon and delivered on December 19, 2025. The product was bought for my 8-year-old son and has been used strictly according to the instructions provided in the user manual. After approximately two weeks of normal use, the following issues occurred: One of the launchers (transmitters) stopped working properly. The launcher tips, which hold the gyro (spinning top), gradually broke during use. As a result, the launcher is now completely unusable, making it impossible to play with the product. These problems occurred despite normal use and within the recommended age range (6+), which raises concerns regarding the durability and quality of the components. Photos of the broken launchers I kindly send email to the manufacturer to inform him of the possible solutions (replacement launcher, product replacement, or any other appropriate resolution). I look forward to his response.

Within about 5 mins of the kids using them the prongs broke off of the one launcher and the gearing on the second launcher lost engagement so when you pull the cord it doesn't spin the gyro.

This is my son's Christmas gift from Santa Claus. He was so excited when he received it. However, one of the launchers doesn't work after only a few uses. My son is very disappointed as with only one launcher, he can't play the battle game with his big brother. I have no idea how to contact the seller, but I really hope the seller could contact me and send a new launcher to me.
