they work
This really works but you must be measuring a true circle. Works for all size circles. very accurate

Easy to use
Easily find the center of any piece. Good, heavy-duty quality that is accurate with the offset for marking pencil already accounted for. It is a manageable size and excellent value for the money.

Good niche tool for finding center of a circle
Why did you pick this product vs others?: From the pictures and descriptions it appeared to be well made, and it is. The one issues is the ruler mount slot is wider than the ruler. Ruler is more flexible than I expected, wish it was ridged. Price is good for what it is.

Works well
This thing works very well. I used it to find the center on hydraulic cylinder rods and for measuring rods from the center of the clevis to the end of the rod.

Excellent and affordable tool. My only wish was that there were built-in storage for the hex key.

Really handy
I needed a device to find the centers of round object quickly and with little fuss. It is durable and solid for its purpose. The only criticism I might have is that the rule is not so easily moved but otherwise works well.

Arrived two days ahead of schedule! Good solid build and feels worth the money. The ruler is marked in millimetres and inches. Increments are clear as they are engraved, not printed. It may be a little thin as over tightening the alignment grub screw can cause the ruler to buckle. Just don’t over tighten the screw - not necessary - all it needs to do is push the ruler against the centre line. The top four screws hold the ruler in place securely. Delighted with my purchase. Recommended.

My dad had given me an ancient version of this with a single contact point to base. While very useful it kept coming apart. Fast forward to buying this device and it is perfect for my wood projects. I have to fasten a dozen 4x4 to 6x6 perpendicularly for legs and this worked 100% of the time, every joint is true, and sent my dad one too!
