I cramp and get dehydrated a lot and am a coffee addict. I take one of these when I wake up with 20 oz water and repeat the same process before bed. Makes a world of difference and saves money on products like Gatorade. Especially useful when I had the flu.

I broke my hip with a fall at an airport in May. Since I've always been a low salt person, turns out that's not so good. When I arrived (by ambulance) at the hospital, they would not fix my hip right then because by salt was too low. They pumped me with sodium and did the hip replacement the next day. Since then, I now do 3 a day of these salt tablets. Great price, great product!

I use these salt pills to regulate my Hypontremia! I dilute them in warm water because I have a hard time swallowing pills. There good!
