I am quite disappointed with this phone holder. The 360° ball joint is not stable at all. Even after tightening it to the maximum, it still remains loose and moves while riding. Because of this, the phone position keeps shifting. The handlebar grip is also very poor. It is slippery and does not fit properly on the handlebar, so the holder does not feel secure. Another big issue is the phone clamp design. One side of the phone stays outside while the other side fits properly. Because of this uneven grip, the phone feels unsafe and can easily fall if the bike hits a pothole or rough road. Overall, the build quality and stability are not reliable. I would not recommend this product, especially if you plan to use it while riding on uneven roads.

Kind of poor quality....I'm owing a re bullet 350 and I've installed this product in my bike and within a day it got broken and I don't know why though I did not do rash drive or off road but still I don't know why
