Got this and the lid handle got stuck the second time I tried to use it. Since I took this abroad, there wasn't any support from Prestige. So I had to open the whole thing; to see a steel ball on a spring that is supposed to go from one dimple to another - without a track. I'm not sure which genius had this idea. Since then, everytime this gets stuck, I'll tear this open, fix the ball and lubricate. You might want to invest in a screwdriver along with this one imho. Please stick to the regular cookers at least till Prestige figure how to make a reliable handle.
