I purchased this headgear&battery combo because the headgear that came with the Oculus is terrible. Either it was too loose or too tight and after some time playing, I felt like my face was being pulled off my skull. My second gripe was the battery life. I understand it's a powerful computer and in a compact package. However, I wanted more time to play. So after searching and looking at different headsets, I settled on this because, it looked well built and comfortable. Adjusting the headgear for different users is a breeze compared to what comes with the Oculus. sliding the headset on and off is very easy smooth. This headgear makes the Oculus feel sturdier. In terms of weight, the addition of the battery benefits in 2 ways 1. longer play and 2. the battery balances the headset. this prevents the dreaded face pull. I give this headgear a solid A. It fits good, it works well, and most of all, the price is fantastic.

I recommend it expecially if you have players sharing the device, it adjusts fit quick and easy. Easy install. Comfortable, and provides more even weight distribution; while wearing. My 9 year old can adjust the fit himself which saves time before playing. So far the extra battery life seems legit. If anything changes I will share.

I bought this along with a Meta quest 3S after reading how short the battery life was. 2.5 hrs of battery life s not going to cut it, having two kids share the headset over Christmas break. This head strap has delivered so far. It is comfortable, even balancing the weight of the headset a little bit. We've had a couple days where we were playing for hours and the battery did not run out. It had been a great and much needed purchase for me.

I bought this product because I am recently at the time bought the quest three, which was an upgrade from the quest two. But, thanks to Meta and their wonderful designs, my expensive Meta strap for the quest two would not be able to be used on the quest three because of how they attach. So that left me with the dilemma to either spend another $120 and buy a new Meta strap that would work for the quest three or get an offbrand like this. So I opted to save the money and get this. Result: Battery life is really good, and I can play plenty of the hours. I want to without battery interruption. It charges pretty quickly and is comfortable enough. The only downside and reason this didn’t get five stars is because the charging capabilities could’ve been better. What I mean by that is it would have been nice to have a single cable USB-C to plug into the Meta unit, that was permanent into the battery pack. Then have the USB-C port to plug-in from the wall to the back of the battery pack so that it would charge both the battery pack and Meta at the same time. However, in order to charge the Meta unit you have to unplug the battery pack from the Meta unit. Use a separate USB-C to charge the Meta unit and then a separate USB-C to charge the battery pack. This gets a little bit tedious every time I want to charge I have to unplug the units from both ends with the included mini cable then I have to plug each unit separately just to get the batteries to charge. Thankfully, I have enough free ports to be able to do that.. Otherwise, it’s a great product. Maybe another version will come out later where they make it one cable versus the above mentioned. If that’s the case, I probably stick with it.

Highly recommended, very comfortable in the head and easy to adjust. It increases the use of Meta Quests much more. Quality materials. Happy with this purchase

I love the meta quest. When i first got it everything was great then by day 2 i was starting to get a headache and feeling sick. I didn't want to give up the quest so i did my research and research told me to ditch the terrible stock strap and get something like this after doing more research for the best bang for your buck i found these. After installing the easy to install head straps i put it on and baby i was playing for 4 hours this head strap is a life changer and the battery pack lasts a long time.

Easy to adjust for a perfect fit comfortably.

The battery has been an excellent add on for keeping longer play sessions going without interruptions or being tethered to a charger. Weight has not really been an issue since it balances out well on the head. The straps have plenty of adjustment points so it is easy to get a comfortable fit that works for hours at a time. I have no complaints here at all. I would recommend it to anyone who wants more freedom and longer play time compared to the internal battery.

The battery holds the charge well but the comfort leaves something to be desired. The plastic thing that supports the neck would have been made of foam for a better experience

for its price its a really great head strap, although they should've focused more on making it weigh less, they should've also tried to make it a bit more comfortable. aside from that everything is great, the battery is awesome, i played for 1:20 hours and my vr did not go down a singular percent, and the headstrap stayed at 3 stripes.

Lo que dice el título. Definitivamente es el mejor producto que he comprado en los años que llevo usando Amazon, compré el meta quest en estados unidos, y me parecía demasiado incómodo. No solo que la cabeza se me iba para adelante y el dolor de cuello era inminente, sino que la duración de la batería es casi nula si te gusta jugar a algo más de 1 hora. Pues definitivamente esto es lo mejor que puedes hacer. Yo pensaba que el strap era solo para mejorar el agarre, pero realmente te ayuda a balancear la cabeza, el agarre es buenísimo y no utilizas los straps molestos que tiene por default el quest 3. Solo un punto negativo le daría, y es el instructivo, es imposible de entender, pero puedes buscar videos de como desarmar el headset y es relativamente sencillo, aunque sí da miedo de romper algo. Definitivamente si tengo un amigo que tiene un meta quest 3, le diría de comprar este específicamente.

This strap is more comfortable than the stock strap and the extra battery live is amazing
