This massager is a life saver. I weigh 216 pounds so I am very happy to have the extension on it. It heats up perfectly and the massager mechanics are great. It has plenty of time on the battery. I wore this to visit family and it was a game changer with my lower back pain. I drove with it on as well. I love how I am hands free to do anything while wearing this. I bought this after using my brothers. I love that I can use my extra battery bank with this with no problems. This way It is ready at all times. I am never waiting for battery to charge. This has met all my expectations. I use it multiple times a weeks. I will use it before bed and then am so relaxed I can fall asleep.

This cordless heating pad belt works great. I bought this for lower back pain and its comfortable to wear and the variable heat and vibration settings work great. After wearing it for a while on the heat setting your back pain lessens and your able to move around freely again. This portable heating pad belt and massage is a game changer to heal your lower back pain Its nice that its portable so you can take it anywhere with you. I highly recommend this heat belt as I use it whenever doing physical labor work on the low heat setting and it keeps the inflammation away and feels comfortable and supports your lower back very good I also recommend that you buy extra power packs for continued repeated use. This is a well made cordless back support that works. Purchase this and you'll be glad you did. I also bought 2 extra larger charge capacity OKZU 5V 2A,10000mAh Power Banks for this belt and have included photo for reference.Its not surprising that this heating pad belt with massage has received such high ratings from Amazon purchasers.

Just got this delivered today. I got it to take to work with me. So far I’m using it right now and it seems great. Thankful for the extender as I’m a large woman. 5’5 350lbs. It fits with some room. If you sit you do need to hold it in place while sitting. The heat feels nice and the vibration does as well when sitting. It’s more of a vibration not a massage. Think the price point is perfect. Wasn’t use. Charge, hook up and go. It’s light eigtt he and fits nicely in my work bag.

****IF YOU BUY THIS: first thing, use rubber electrical tape or light-duty duct tape to reinforce the thin power cable where it connects to the USB-A male adapter that inserts into the USB-A female port of the power bank you are using. Otherwise the cable will surely fray and possibly even break completely during normal use, making the belt's powered functions unusable. Reinforcing it right away will extend the belt's usefulness by months, likely years. This is a recurring issue with light-duty electronic devices sold on Amazon. Careful proactive attention to weak spots like this saves time, avoids waste, and reduces the need for warranty actions. UPDATE 2025-08-23 The ALLJOY belt with a 10k mAh power bank sold elsewhere on Amazon is still a good option, but I've decided that this COMFYTEMP model with a 5k mAh power bank included is the best option, as long as you are willing to invest in the new generation of small form-factor, GaN-chip managed10k power banks that fit in this unit's smaller-size pocket. (The pocket's small size is not the deal-breaker I initially thought, after all!) Two of these power banks allow all-day coverage without worry. The extra ~USD $50 investment is well worth it for my peace of mind! The included 5k power bank can be used for other things or given away to someone, so it is not simply something to be dropped in a drawer and forgotten about. I've discovered that the holding down of the two control buttons to turn the heat & vibration features on and off has a hidden undocumented benefit: they turn the attached power bank on and off without needing to press the bank's own power button first. Since the bank's button can be very hard to reach while the bank is in the belt pocket, this makes the belt much simpler and easier to use. ORIGINAL REVIEW (edited for content) Ever since I learned that I fractured my spine, I've been searching for a massage/heating belt that is wireless, can run while charging, heats effectively, runs quietly, doesn't break down or fall apart quickly, fits well & the straps retain their stickability, has effective elastic sizing straps, and has a properly situated pocket that can securely hold a larger 10k mAh power bank. Admittedly, that's a very long wish list! Fortunately, out of the many such devices currently offered on Amazon (all manufactured in China), at least two remain in the running: the ALLJOY brand device powered by an included removable 10k mAh power bank, situated in a pocket on the belt; and the COMFYTEMP brand with a 5k power bank. With another 10k power bank or perhaps two purchased separately on Amazon, I can keep either running all day. Time will tell if they prove durable; I've purchased an Asurion plan just in case. Based on the criteria listed above, the unit under review comes pretty close to meeting all my needs, but still misses out in some key respects. The heat is good, but the fit and loudness are a bit below the ALLJOY model. The two control buttons are not very responsive; they need to be held down for a couple of seconds to get them working. I thought for awhile the belt might be DOA. (This may however be a feature rather than a bug, since the belt has no lock setting to prevent accidental changes.) Both run while charging, a big plus allowing tethered function at locations like home or in the car while the batteries charge. The deal-breaking problem is that the COMFYTEMP's pocket is too small to accommodate a larger form-factor 10k battery. I find that 5k batteries fit well, but last too short a time with these belts. I would have to keep 4 of them charged up and on hand to keep the belt running. I much prefer having just 2 x10k power banks on hand as I can with the ALLJOY belt. So this COMFYTEMP model is good, but I can do better with the ALLJOY for not much more money.

This cordless heating pad got me thru recovery from back surgery. No more cords, it's rechargeable and has three heating settings, it wraps around with velcro and will even do a gentle vibrating. It even has a timer so you don't keep it on longer than advised. It charges up quickly and holds the charge a long time. I was able to walk around with it on, no more tethered to a chair.

My likes: - it works really well, even through a leather belt - it gets hot, I know everyone’s threshold of heat is different, but I believe the advertised high heat is accurate. - You can sit against this pad, which helps apply even more heat to your affected area. In my case, my lower back. Generally I have to reduce heat to medium or low with pressure while sitting on my couch or chair.. -It is super easy to put on and take off -I’m 43 inches around the middle at the belly button. I do not need the extender there’s 4 to 5 inches left with the main belt. The extender looks super easy to use as well.. - I don’t use the massager very much, but I can see where it can help stimulate blood flow to therapeutically help the affected area faster. - i’ve been suffering from lower back, muscle spasms on both sides of my spine about belt height due to degenerative disc and sciatic nerve pain. The heat from this belt eliminates those muscle spasms and soothes the area wonderfully. - The portability of this belt is awesome. It fits great inside my work backpack. I wear it at work, I wear it at home, I wear it shopping or a long walk, I wear it golfing. I wear it while driving. I’m buying 2 more to have as a spare, and leave one at work . I wished I would’ve bought something like this a long time ago. - I like the automatic shut off. The 15 to 20 minute heat therapy is about right for me and I don’t have to worry about accidentally leaving it on. - it heats up within 3 minutes. If that seems like a long time, it’s not.. - Service is awesome. I had an initial question about battery charging/function and I received a response within 10 minutes. My follow up questions were answered very quick as well. What are my dislikes? None! Buy it! Really glad I did, and I’m buying 2 more. OK, maybe one small nit pick . But it really has nothing to do with quality of the product per se. I wish the battery was 10,000 mah or larger. But honestly, I have Not run out of battery for my use during the day yet.. but again I don’t use the massager much and I use the heat therapy periodically through the day. I let the temp go to high and then back it off to medium or low.. Speaking of battery, The great thing with this belt versus some other belts that use proprietary battery connections, you can buy a 10,000 to 20,000 mah 5v 2amp rechargeable battery pack on Amazon for under 20 bucks. That should easily provide you with all day heat therapy.. Sorry for rambling on, but I like to let people know when a product works and the service is great.!

Product is packaged well and seems well made. Cordless is made possible by use of a small rechargeable power pack that fits in a pocket on the heating pad cover. The whole package seems like a great idea/design with the exception of one big flaw for me. Once placed around your waist, the controls are still around on your side and towards the back, you can feel the buttons, but you can’t see them. The heat settings are by color, green blue and red, but you can’t see the front of the button to know what color you have selected. This makes the device very difficult to use. I ended up returning it for this reason.

This is really nice for the price. Con’s: The battery takes a long time to fully charge, and it runs low fairly quickly (a little longer than an hour total once fully charged), and there are 2 lumps which sit adjacent to the spine, not an issue if you’re sitting upright, but reclining at all I found uncomfortable. Pros: it has 3 different heat settings and several vibration settings. It gets very warm and heats up quickly. All in all I really love the product.
