Overall this a good scooter. The scooter was very well packaged, and assembly was easy .the directions were clear. Easy to pack and travel with. Take apart into 4 pieces and store in trunk, easy to handle. You can reassemble in under 5 minutes .Recently used for two cruises with no problems.Found maneuverability was good .Battery life is good. The only thing that may be a concern is that it can tip easy as it only has 3 wheels.So just use caution when operating. It exceeds my expectations and is fairly priced.

I have 2 of these. We bought one in 2012 and one in 2014. We have been on 20+ cruises. Disney 4 times. Three years ago I had emergency bypass surgery and I have used them non stop. I have one in the house and one in the car. The one in the house is really showing it's age. Probably the drag racing my granddaughters did years ago. We would take the across the street to the parking lot and let them go. Parts are easy to get. We have 6 batteries. You can get them on Amazon. I bought a new seat cover but haven't put it on because I'm using as a pattern to make one. You can get them cheaper. (We got one for $400) but you couldn't change the battery and the horn was horrible. We gave it to my sister-in-law and it was donated to the veterans after she passed. Be careful on the grass. I have my feet down so I won't tip. Also, be aware of the handicap ramps. I missed one and went airborne, didn't break anything a couple bruises. Not a scratch on the scooter. It goes through small doorways in the house. We have a Pacifica my son made an awesome platform so hubby takes seat off, we lift the scooter in the back. Seat and scooter go in the back. You could take off the battery to make it lighter. If you want a reliable scooter Pride is the way to go.

Think this scooter is going to help me a bunch! First I am 6' and 220 - not a particularly small guy. I am also a stroke victim with limited use of my right side. Although I can hobble along, I can not walk long distances. My Travel Pro will change my life substantially. First, it was easily assembled by me with no help For me , with a small SUV it can easily be transported in 3 manageable pieces: the scooter itself with steering yoke folded back, the batteries, and lastly the seat assembly. I can lift all three components and assemble it easily and quickly. Test drive comments: 4 mph is actually pretty quick, a very brisk walking pace that is far better than the pace of a grocery cart for example. Good thing the speed is adjustable. Also it is possible to tip the thing over, which I did do, a too sharp turn at too high a speed while hitting a 1" ledge at the end of my driveway. Could easily handle the incline of my driveway however, on a full charge after a mile test drive around my neighborhood. Be careful using your Travel Pro. Things I think could be improved: 1. I have problems getting down low enough to plug the battery pack in or to plug the charger cord in if I leave the batteries on the scooter. It would be better if the battery pack was plugged in at seat level (or higher). 2. The batteries sit loose on the base of the scooter. There should be some sort clip or strap securing the batteries. This would allow me to move the cart, batteries in place. 3. The horn is a joke - little more than the beep you probably hear out of your cellphone. 4. Would like to have a lithium battery option for this cart. They are more powerful, lighter and quicker to recharge. Range could also be improved with greater capacity of lithiums as well. All this said, this looks to rank as the best $600 I ever spent. Shopping malls, 'walks' in the park or down the streets, sporting events etc anywhere there is some pavement (or decent trails) are now all opened back up to me. For this, I thank Pride Mobility for producing a usable product that doesn't cost thousands!

I've seen the reviews about how this scooter is very easy to tip. Yes it is, because it is a smaller version of other 3 wheel scooters. It is not as wide as a full size scooter, nor is it as long. However, it is very easy to put together and fits in the trunk of my mid size sedan. I wanted a smaller, easy to maneuver and easy to lift scooter to be used on flat surfaces such as when shopping at the mall or grocery stores. I would recommend it for use on any flat, level surface but not for uneven terrain outdoors. It is perfect for its intended use (lightweight, easy assembly and small size). I have a full size Pride Victory 10 that I use for the outdoors, but it is too big and too heavy to be taken down to lift into and out of the car. It must be taken apart in several pieces and put back together each time I travel. By taking only the basket and seat off, I can easily lift this travel scooter (in one piece) into and out of my car. It's called a Travel Pro for a good reason - it's perfect for traveling.Bottom line-If you want stability on most ANY surface, go with a full size 3 or 4 wheel scooter. If you want ease and flexibility this little scooter is perfect.

My mother lost ability to walk after a back surgery gone wrong. I wanted a good brand who stands behind their products, but I didn't have money to buy one. With the 0% interest on Amazon card for 12 months I was able to get it. This scooter works great and we're very pleased. Wish it had a light, but that's the only complaint. I've taken it on two doctors visits and it's easy to make trunk ready so that is a huge bonus. I've rode it to a rehabilitation facility she was at to test it out, and back home when she got out. I wanted to know it was good for her. So, no light is only complaint, and that makes it a winner in my book. Just keep in mind three wheels can tip easier than four, if you think it will be an issue. It's great for us, and fits all our old door frames that are smaller. Turns incredibly sharp, the bonus of three instead of four wheels. Perfect for our needs! I'm glad I bought it, and she calls it her new ride, so she's happy with it too. Can't be more happy for a new scooter at this price that's perfect. Picture at her rehabilitation facility with me on it.

My scooter arrived a few days ago from Amazon. It took about 1 hour for my wife and I to get it out of the box and put it together. I charged the battery until the charging light went off. (About 3 hours) Then I took it on it's maiden voyage. My wife walked with me as we traveled around the neighborhood. So here are my impressions so far: -It's quick. The manual says the top speed is 4 mph. That sounds slow, but my wife who is a fast walker had to ask me to slow down. -It's very quiet. -Its easy. I rode it around the neighborhood without breaking a sweat. :-) -It's fun. -It moves very nicely on smooth pavement. I tried it for a short distance on the lawn. It was OK there too although the lawn was fairly flat so I'll have to try it out on a bumpier section in the future. -Three wheel scooters such as this one are not as stable as the four wheeled ones. But I didn't have any problem with that. Just take it slow when turning. -The price was less than most comparable scooters. (But yes it is made in China) -Most scooters can be broken down into several parts for transporting in your car. The heaviest of those parts might be the limiting factor in determining if you can lift it into your car. Of the scooters I looked at this one had the lightest heavy part, only 27.5 pounds. My wife and I were able to break it down and load it into the back of my Jeep Patriot with little trouble. The best thing to have is a good pair of legs that allow you to walk around normally. But if illness or injury has taken that from you then this scooter might be the next best thing. So far I like it ...alot! Just 1 negative and its a very minor one; The horn is pretty anemic- Your PC probably makes a louder beep when it doesn't like something you did.

I have RA and have not been able to have all day excursions until now! This Scooter is really wonderful, I was able to enjoy 2 theme parks so far, something I haven't been able to do in 3 years. It is easy to maneuver, is comfortable. We did one park from 9 am to 9 pm and only used about half the battery. I felt safe, had no issues with turning. I'm 5' 6" and 145 pounds and it fits me great. I adjusted the speed to my husbands pace, it slowed down on uphill grades, and just turned up the speed and away it went. We have a MINI and it fit perfectly in the back hatchback, the seat, and armrests come off easily for loading, steering column tilts down for transport. We bring the battery pack into the house for recharging. Love my scooter! It comes with a drink holder (assembly required), front basket, a pocket on back of the seat, plus a mini storage pocket on one armrest, great for personal items. We did buy a daypack (backpack) from Amazon, and attached it to the back of the seat, for water etc!

We brought the scooter in December for my dad. Did not use the scooter until March. We started to notice the battery will not hold a charge and when we go to turn on the scooter it will not turn on. We will need to turn the key a couple of times to turn it on. Reached out to support left a message and no call back. Called again and spoke to a rep who said I can send a new ignition but you will need to get a certified technician to put it in. So the part is covered, not the labor. They can send a technician 100.00, and the battery is only covered for 6 months. Yes, they are aware that the battery will not hold a charge. First call in May (5 months) 2nd call in June. So, I missed the window. I asked for a supervisor to call me and no call as of yet. Now, the scooter does not turn on at all. We only use it 2 to 3 times a month. 700.00 down the drain.
