****UPDATE**** I did end up getting a second clock (same size). I am so glad I did. I noticed that the newer clock has an additional sleep feature, one that the previous clock shown in the video does not have. Not having a sleep feature on the previous clock was not a deal breaker, but it was certainly a nice surprise to have it on the newer clock! Still would highly recommend this clock! **** I’ve had this clock for a few months now, and I love it! It has so many features, and it is easy to set up. Here is a list of why I like this clock: #1: The remote. If you want to hang the clock on the wall, you don’t have to take it down to adjust any of the features via the buttons on the back of the clock. #2: The five different display settings. You can adjust these by pressing the OK button on the remote for two seconds each time you want to change the format. The fonts are pretty big and are easy to see. The less information on the clock display, the bigger the fonts appear (see video). And if you still can’t see the display, you can press the OK button on the remote once and it will say the time and day of the week. #3: There are quite a few alarm settings on this clock. There are three pill alarms in which you can set the time and then turn the alarm on and off. There are five regular alarms which you can set to go off only once, every day, Monday through Friday, or weekends. #4: Of course there is a volume adjustment. I have mine set on six, which is loud enough for me to hear and wake me up out of a sound sleep. Level eight is quite loud for me. The settings go up to 10 which I have not tried, but I think it’s probably loud enough to wake the dead. 💀 #5: There is an auto dimming feature which you can set to low, mid or off. The display is brightest when it is turned off. If you put this in your bedroom to use as an alarm clock, you can set it to low auto dimming so the light doesn’t disturb you when you sleep. #6: There’s a “push for help” button on the remote. I’m not sure how helpful that will be unless you carry this remote with you everywhere in your house, but it is a nice feature if you can use it. There are a few minor drawbacks: #1: Since I purchased a smaller clock, it is harder to adjust the features via the remote from further away because the menu display is small. This is not an issue for me, but it may be for others. If it is an issue for you, I would buy the larger clock. #2: The color mode refers to the fonts on the display. There are only two color options: white or yellow. I prefer the white, since it makes it easier to see; however, I would have liked it if they provided more color options. 😁 I am thinking about buying the larger clock to put in my living room and keep this smaller clock in my bedroom as an alarm clock. The alarm doesn’t beep; it actually plays a musical tune. All in all, this is a great little clock to have for any age, and not just for us seniors!

Many different options and a solution for numerous daily problems our loved ones have with dementia. My mother hates the clock but puts up with it because it solves daily problems and my husband was able to talk her into trying it out. She is correct it does not match the ascetics of her house but it does solve numerous problems. We are at the nothing is easy point of the disease.Once we showed her all the information she could get she lightened up. Easy to use, easy to see, easy to understand and easy to see how it makes her life closer to pre-dementia. Total recommend.

Everything about this clock is amazing for those with any disabilities. My son’s autistic and has a hard time remembering the date and having that with the time has been a double win. Very easy to use perfect size as he’s near sighted so he can read it easily. Doesn’t get hot. Display is clear. Time and date accuracy stays in place even when shut off.

Love the clock. Easy to read. Easy to use. Can change settings. Has a remote.

This clock is wonderful! My 91 year old dad was getting day and night confused and calling people at odd hours. Now he can see what day it is, what time it is, and whether it is am or pm. It was easy to set up and is easy for him to see from anywhere in his room.

同様なデジタルカレンダーを使っていましたが、液晶表示が出来なくなったため購入しました。従来品と同程度の表示内容ですが、日本語表示に設定すると、月が数字でなく睦月、如月、弥生・・・・の表示しか出来ません。ここだけ残念！マイナス☆１つ！

中等度認知症の母が、深夜によく電話をかけてくるので色々考えてこれを購入し部屋に置きました。 日中なのか夜間なのかが一応わかるのでこの時計にしたのですが、できたら時間を表す数字より、現在日中なのか夜なのかと云った事がはっきりわかった方が嬉しかったですね。日付もいりません。 季節と現在が朝なのか昼なのか夜なのかがわかるだけで良いのです。 そんな認知症用の時計があれば飛びつくんですけれど。 まぁ、この時計でも、夜間の電話は少し減りました。 (^_^;

星一つもつけたくない まず、配達会社から受け取ってびっくり包装がむちゃくちゃ、 箱には入っているがテープでぐるぐる。 まあ外装は我慢して箱を受け取ったら、ふったら音がする。 一応時計だから精密機器だよね。 と思いながらテープに苦労しながら開封すると ・ブラックなのにホワイト ・リモコンも説明書もない ・USBは大丈夫だったがUSBとコンセントをつなげるものはあったがダメ壊れている。 ・写真は日本語表示なのに日本語に対応していない 日本語表示目的で購入したのに意味がない。 レビューの確認不足だった。 中華は買わないと決めていたのに確認不足。 返金手続きはしたけどどうなることやら。

まず、届くまで一週間かかる中国製、耐久性はやむなしと購入しました。包装がやや汚れていたのはまだしも、日本語設定がなく、写真のような朝は太陽のイラストが、夜は月のイラストが表示される設定もなく、求めていた大切なところが写真と異なり非常に残念でした。ただのデジタル英語時計でさっぱりゴミに近いです。

起動時点で中国語。言語切替を探すものの該当項目見つけられず。他の方のレビューの通り多言語非対応なんだろうなと… まずこれが使いこなせるなら痴呆ではないでしょう、日本人の購入はやめた方がいいです
