Fox Outfoxed (Penguin Young Readers, Level 3)

Children of all elementary level will enjoy these easy chapter books of Fox. He has his friends, family, sister, and other adults who he manages to get into adventures. These books are AR leveled so very appropriate for independent reading too. Illustrations are colorful and match the text. Very reasonable prices. I bought all the books in this series for my classroom library. Very popular!

Fun series. My 1st grader enjoys reading these over and over. I think she's very comfortable with the story line and movement. The Fox series has helped make her a more confident reader.

Fox & Louise are perfect as brother & sistet

Bought the whole set when one of my 2nd graders fell in love with them. We were so sad to look up the author to find he had died years ago. We wanted to write and thank him for these books!

My book is called Fox Outfoxed. The mane characters are Fox, Louse, Carmen, Dexter and they are wanting to win a race and the race was in the afternoon. They were doing the race outside to have fun. I think fox Fox Outfoxed is a good book because it is about some animals that sometimes have adventures and go to school. That's why I think it is a good book. And I would recommend this to my sister, Katie, because she likes animals and there are lots of animals in the book. By Matthew Z.

I typically read it out loud first then my 7 year old niece reads it back. The pictures are fun and the font clear and large.
