It is a cute journal. Loaded with Buddha Doodles and lots of inspiring quotes. However, there is little "journaling" room. Each page has enough space for about one paragraph, and there aren't a ton of pages. Still a nice book but I was expecting something with a lot more room to write.

What a WONDERFUL gratitude book. I look forward to writing in this every day. Just love the author, her doodles inside, and the quotes and sayings she uses.

I bought this journal as a Christmas gift for my friend and she loved it. Drawings are beautiful and filling it with memories and reflection is great fun.
