It was sealed very tightly and in great shape when it got here.And I love the taste.The stuff's the bestI used to be able to get it in publix, but I cannot find it anywhere now

I avoid any and all kinds of oil that I can, and this is one of the few dressings that are oil free. I just don't like the taste as much as another oil free dressing I buy sometimes. This oil has too much of an "apple vinegar" sour like taste with a peppery flavor a bit too strong for my liking. It's a personal preference so others may indeed like it better than I do.
