BUY if you have problems with birds or any other animal.
Great to keep birds off. We used on our porch entryway (see pic) they work great to keep birds from landing. One suggestion if used on top of boards like ours cut off the small trim and put spikes right on the very edge of board, or if you already have secured them in place cut another strip of spikes and secure down right on the very edge of board. Those birds are very smart and learn to find any post that isn't covered. Also, we got the clear transparent and you can see them but not from the road.

Waste of Money
I recently purchased this pigeon spike product, hopeful that it would effectively deter pigeons from nesting and loitering around my property. Unfortunately, despite following the installation guidelines, the results were far from satisfactory. To my disappointment, the pigeons not only walked on top of the spikes without any signs of discomfort, but they also brought branches, cleverly maneuvering them around the spikes to reclaim their usual spots. This product, which I had high hopes for, failed to solve my pigeon problem and left me searching for a more effective solution.

Persistent bird
I have a very determined bird that insists on building her nest in the outside corner of my front porch ceiling. She built, laid three eggs, and hatched. We knocked the nest down after she had completed her mission. Well apparently she’s back for round two. Started her number 2 nest, I knocked it down and scrubbed the area clean. She came back and started another, knocked it down and installed these just now. We’ll see and I’ll let you know. BTW, the stickers aren’t much. I subbed double sided duct tape. Stand by for updates. Up date! Mama bird not to happy! Video short but that’s been her activity for the last 45 minutes. I’m calling this successful…… so far!

Keeps birds out of Boston Fern
Have used in my hanging Boston Fern to keep the birds away from making nests. Have had about a month and so far no signs of nesting.

Worthless
Not a deterrent at all. The birds in my area are either gangster or the product is worthless. The birds walked across the product like they weren't even there.

Works for Us!
Birds would perch on the exposed rafters of our roof and poop. So there would be poop on the rafters and on our sidewalk below. I would have to wash down the sidewalks everyday. But ever since my husband put this up, no more birds and no more poop. Yay!

What a waste of money...
These spikes don't work. It's a waste of money. See the picture I've uploaded, I covered the whole shelf from one corner to another and the birds keep landing on the spikes laying down on the comfortably trying to build their nest to lay eggs. 😡 DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...
