Incredibly good. I had no fairing on my bike at one point and this phone mount stayed glued to my gas tank and wouldn’t budge, no matter the speeds or bumps! However, there is no shock or vibration absorption, FYI.

My son in law loves it great hold on the motorcycle on long rides.

Exactly like they say it will do. It holds my phone in place perfect on the gas tank. No problems.

Holds on to the phone no problem. The magnet does not stay in one place. As I ride it slides around a little bit. Never had it fall off while riding,but it does move around.

Wouldn’t recommend, mount works great no worry there but it absolutely ruins your paint. Put it on a brand new r9 and only used it around 35 miles and it had a 2-3 inch area rubbed dull and I had to buff it out. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend just for that reason. Wish I would have taken a picture before I thought about leaving the review.

I initially purchased the Freakmount motorcycle phone mount and was disappointed. The magnet strength on my first unit was roughly 2 lbs vertically, and it didn’t hold any of my phones securely. A Galaxy S22, S22 Ultra, and Moto G Stylus all fit in the arms but slid right out. The foam grip is slick and does nothing, and the arms are too short for phones in cases. Honestly, I’d suggest getting a Rokform case if you want better performance. However, I requested a replacement, and the second unit was much better—stronger magnet and better arm grip. With a proper case that has a rubbery grip, it works as intended. Update after 3 years: Still working perfectly without any issues. I’ve even bought several more as gifts because the durability and reliability have impressed me over time. Pros: Strong magnet and grip (on replacement unit) Works well with rubberized phone cases Long-term durability (3+ years and counting) Cons: First unit was weak and unusable Arms too short for thick cases Foam grip is slick Overall, if you get a good unit and pair it with the right case, this mount is a solid choice for motorcycle riders.

This actually works. Kind of surprised, but it works. I've done well over 80mph with it on my tank and it hasn't moved.
