Great Overall Project; Super Easy Use
Compared a few portable projectors for use in my van. I want to remove my ceiling-mounted TV because I keep bumping my head on it, so I'm looking for something easy to set up and compact. Pairing this with a 40-inch Pile self-standing screen. I compared the Aurzen Boom Air and Nebula Capsule 3. Overall, I like the Nebula Capsule 3 and will keep that. - Picture Sharpness > Nebula - Brightness > tied between the two - Sound > Nebula (Clearer and fuller) - Overall projector noise > Nebula (you can hear the fan in the Aurzen) - Cost > Aurzen Boom Air - Overall value > Nebula If you can get the Nebula on sale, spend the extra 100 dollars for a better overall product. - Smaller footprint and more portable, especially for travel and camping. - Built-in battery makes it super easy to whip out and get your video up and running. no fuss.

Great projector, at a great price
Extremely happy with the size and quality of this projector. The picture clarity and color is excellent up to the edge of its limits, specifically in the dark. Light does reduce picture brightness and quality respectively to how bright it is. It's extremely portable, but I do recommend getting a screw in stand to help position the screen better. The obstacle avoidance and depth detector works well. There is a bit of delay when using the remote, so account for that. The sound is decent but connecting a Bluetooth speaker is preferable.

It's a good buy
It works well and I'm impressed with the video and sound quality. Setup was very easy, and the Google TV Interface is very intuitive. I'm planning on using this projector while camping on a 40" screen. So power is important to me. In measuring the power, it needs 20 volts, so not all USB battery banks will work. On the watts end, I measured 36 watts on standard while the interior battery was charging. After the battery was charged, it dropped down to 26 watts. On eco mode with a charged battery, it drew 15 watts. The automatic focus and keystone works well too, and actavates each time the unit is powered on. Also, dispite some of the reviews and comments, it does have a zoom function, but it's well hidden in the settings mune. As for the brightness, it is perfectly fine on smaller screens.

Excellent Product with a few issues
This product has proven to be excellent. What I like 1. I love the size and weight of this item because it allows for easy transport 2. I love that it has built in speakers so there is no need for headphones. 3. I love the high tech auto focus feature. 4. Google TV format allows for a lot of flexibility with apps not built into the system. 5. 2 hours battery life is exceptional and you can extend that with the charging trip made by Nebula. What I dislike! 1. This Item should ship with a CARRYING CASE. 2. This Item should ship with some type of small tripod. 3. It has to be used in nearly 70% (is a approximate guess) darkness to get viewable image. It has very low lumens which is expected for a portable projector but should definitely be noted. Overall, This is truly a great product to splurge on and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a movie experience on any blank wall. I'm sure it can be used in many other scenarios but I can't think of a better way of enjoying a sporting event than sitting in front of a 120" screen.

Works best at home; fails at intented use
Bought this projector for presentations since it is portable and seemed like a good replacement to conventional classroom projectors. The image only looks good. But you need complete darkness. A cracked door or open window will drown out the image. The set up is not as intuitive as I would have hoped. There are a lot a features which can become overwhelming if you are considering purchasing for one specific purpose. Bring an extension cord with you because the battery will probably drain before you are finished. I think that most people will enjoy the novelty and the connectivity. I give it three stars because it did function, although did not have a good user experience.

Great portable projector
Wow. I was skeptical about this projector. I wasn't expecting a whole lot after having other experiences with projectors. Seeing out small this was, I wasn't sure if it would put out enough light to have a good experience. I 100% would recommend this to anyone. I've only had this for a little while, but it's amazing. The picture is great (better in darker rooms), I think it looks better than 1080p, and the autofocus/keystone correction/obstacle avoidance works wonderfully. It'll auto-focus, keystone correct, and avoid obstacles anytime you move it. It takes maybe 10 seconds to figure it out but every time it does, it comes out perfect. The battery does last 2.5 hours for sure (I'm sure it'll degrade over time like any other battery). If I had one thing that I would put as "bad", not that it is a bad thing, It's a little slow when it comes to loading videos, apps, etc. Just be patient with it and it'll work just fine. I love how it's all in one and it does all the work for me. Just turn it on, point it, and watch. Can't get easier than that.

Random restarts are very annoying, make it unusable
It's really great that you can get a nice picture and good sound from a single, battery powered device. I got the non-laser version and can confirm that Netflix is preinstalled, very easy to use. The only downside is that sometimes (something like once every 2 hours of video play on Disney plus), the app restarts, and it takes about 2 minutes to get the video going again. Not the biggest deal, but it's very jarring, and a real pain when you have a movie playing downstairs for the kids. Also, your able to set the projector down and then manually adjust exactly where the image projects (to avoid the top part of the image from being on the ceiling in my case), but there's no way to save that setting, and it gets overridden any time you move the projector. Update 6/30/2025 I thought firmware/software updates would improve my experience, but quite the opposite. The majority of the time I turn this on and stream from either Disney Plus or PBS Kids, within 3 minutes the app just quits. I've tried all combinations of updating/restrating/reinstalling apps. I have to restart usually 2-4 times before it seems to run smoothly. At that point, it's hardly worth it. Anker reached out to me asking me to do some kind of logging and sending over diagnostics, but I don't have time for that.

Absolutely LOVE This Projector!
The Nebula Capsule 3 is hands down the best tech purchase I’ve made in a long time. The picture quality is crystal clear, even in a dimly lit room, and the colors are vibrant. For such a compact device, the brightness and resolution blew me away. The built-in speakers are surprisingly powerful for the size—no need for an external sound system unless you really want that theater experience. Setup was a breeze, and I love how portable it is. I can take it anywhere—bedroom, backyard, or even on trips—and stream movies in seconds. If you’re looking for a small but mighty projector that delivers amazing performance without a bunch of hassle, this is the one. Worth every penny. I honestly don’t know how I lived without it!
