I searched quite a bit to find brushed "brass/gold" accessories that were the right color and these were perfect. The color is a warm brass (not yellow gold), leans a bit more to the warmer side. This item was packaged beautifully, it came in a nice drawstring bag. The item has a nice heft to it, and is clearly made to last. I liked it so much I bought the matching Forious Toilet Paper holder.
