Great induction hob works a treat, i recommend it and its a great energy saver

The Hob arrived and the sparky friend informed and he came over a few days later to fit it. Take out the gas hob and fit the new electric one. One fitted everything turned on the Hob came up with a F5 error which meant it detected a hot area or pan on the left side of the hob. Nothing on it so we looked it up and restarted it nothing sam e again F5 error. again we went online to find if there was another reason for the error and nope that was the error. We contacted Amazon who said they would send out another the following day and to rebox the first Hob which we did. The other Hob arrived guess what I was not surprised it had problems the girl who delivered it dropped it on the floor. The second Hob had the same problem F5 everything electrically was checked again to see if that was the cause but nope everything was fine. My sparky mate as a friend only charged me £20 for both however Amazon as a good will gesture only have me £5 which doesn't even cut it and the hassle it has caused. Ended up going to Curry's then ordering it from Argos for a cheaper price. As a foot not I have pulled out of Prime a few weeks ago only to find free delivery has gone up only if you spend £35 or more which is a disgrace but while in Amazon we don't pay for adverts in films again a Amazon disgrace and another way to get money out of the public. Bought this hob 19 months ago, only ever cooks items in the middle of the pan, now has got a F5 fault, tried turning it off at the mains to reset for over an hour as instructed, still only 2 rings work. Had to buy a new hob, a different make which works fine.

This is fab but be warned it does smash easily ! I only had mine 5 days then dropped a small bottle on it and the whole thing smashed ! Totally my fault but did not expect it to do the damage it caused. .i’ve bought another one and removed all glass condiments away from The cupboards at either end of the hob . Lesson learned … ooopsie 😳
