Great product. It takes good effort with 2 people and I'd say Medium difficulty installing .But instructions are pretty good. Dimensions were exact as mentioned. I love the height adjusters at the bottom. Makes it look good even when floors are slightly off. Here is my installed pic.

Very easy build. Took me solo and afternoon with several breaks. Seems pretty sturdy so far. Got it as a spare bed in my game room for when company stays over. It fit my 11inch queen memory foam mattress just fine with room to spare. If you are good at directions and such, building shouldn't be an issue for anyone to build. It does require some strength so if you're on the smaller side definitely may need a second person. Does use particle board for all of the cosmetics, but good metal and wood slats for the weight bearing parts of the bed. Did manage to miss align something and one of the screws got pulled out of the particle board. Just had to drill a new hole for it and good as new. Overall I'd say a 8 out of 10. There was a couple brackets shown (KI-7652-X) on step 12 that don't actually get used. Not sure why they are included. Even says in the parts area not used in this model. I did have a good amount of spare screws and such which is a little concerning but looking back they just aren't used. Also was nice it came with most of the tools and such needed. Although it was missing the anchor socket. I had some that fit so that was fine. Also the masonry bit wasn't really up to snuff so I ended up just mounting to the base board. I'd say the most annoying part, although I know why they did it, was the gas cylinders installation timing. It would have been nicer to do it later in the build. That way I didn't have to fight them every time I had to do something with the bed needing to be laid out. Definitely recommend for now. Will see how it holds up over time.

This Murphy Bed is nice! For the price it is well made. It took a skilled Handy Man (though never doing a Murphy Bed before) seven and a half (7 1/2) hours to assemble. He said on a scale of 1-5, the instructions would be a 3 or 4, and ease of putting together the bed would be 4. He said it wouldn’t be as high for a novice. There were two “L” shaped brackets that the directions showed to put at the base of the bed in the cabinet, but there were not holes to attach them, so we left them out. I am a person that thrives on putting things together. However, I would recommend getting someone with experience (such as a Handy Man/Woman) to do this for you. It is worth the money and headache. The bed is sturdy, easily functional, and looks nice. There were no hiccups in putting it together. It comes in three very tall and heavy (one box was 140 lbs) boxes and they were tough getting upstairs. It came a week earlier than I expected with no damage. I highly recommend this bed and the price!

Very solid and a pretty well thought out design. What I was most impressed with was that the very heavy and large boxes survived the shipping process and there was no damage to anything. Requires some heavy lifting and a lot of space to assemble, but the instructions are easy to follow and thorough. Just pay attention to the orientation of the parts and you shouldn't have a problem. My only complaint is the stiffness/strength of the struts that lift the mattress. These things have some serious power and are a bit much in my opinion, but I can understand them erring on the side of making the unit super easy to lift and close up. Overall it's a well built product for a comparatively decent price and it gets the job done.

I bought this bed to use in my work room where it doesn’t get my space and use it in case someone is over. It is a well concept but the instructions are so hard to follow through and execution is not as good. My husband has worked as contractor/handyman almost all his life and he’s been trying over and over to put it together so it goes up and down as it should, but the hydraulic part is so hard that makes the bed just go straight up and so it makes it unsafe to use. I see is on sale now, I bought it full price. What’s the point of a murphy bed when you can’t use it as it should. I don’t need a bed to be open the whole time since it blocks my working space. If you’re looking for a murphy bed, keep checking. I definitely do not recommend this one. I wrote to the support and I’m waiting for a response but I doubt I’ll get one. If I do get, I will update.

We never expected such a quality bed at such a low price! Easy to assemble and totally safe after connecting to wall/floor. Got it put together in less than two hours. Love the bookcases for storage. Pure quality! Thank you!

The main cabinet (queen size) took my little brother and I about 3-4 hours if we didn’t stop to watch tv and eat some lunch (power tools and some assembly experience is needed). Directions were straight foward and easy to follow hardware and hinge/strut system are quite sturdy. Screwing into the wall studs and into the floor definitely help it feel more solid. Took off a star because the packaging made some pieces chip and crack but not in noticeable places. I also did cut my base boards just to slot the cabinet in place against the wall. Overall looks great

This arrived with 2 damaged wood panels. Probably by FedEx. I messaged them and they sent out replacements right away. Very happy with their service. Assembly took several hours. So many parts and pieces. Followed the instructions VERY closely and had no problems. Had no parts shortages. In general, it was a positive experience. The end result is as advertised. Couldn't be happier with it.
