I buy these often and I've recommended them. I love the taste. They have more than one option. It is pure. Natural. Non gmo. Easy to swallow. Love that its liquid. Reasonable price. Should be a little more of a deal when you buying 2 as opposed to one. Effectively works. Easy to store. Last a while

Delicious Way to Get MG
I was pleasantly surprised to like this liquid magnesium as much as I do. It says to store in the fridge, so make sure to do that to extend the life of your magnesium. I have been taking supplements of magnesium but do know if I can take it sublingually my body can absorb it faster and better. I take this magnesium at night before bed and during the day if I am feeling I need to. So far it is helping and I like the quality and taste, plus the price is really good.

Great taste
I loved the taste, I took this before bed and it did help a little bit with sleep, keep in mind it is a small bottle so it doesn’t last very long

Read Carefully
This product looked very good until I noticed it contains citric acid. Any citric acid that does not list, in parenthesis, the source of the acid, i.e., lemon, lime, then the citric acid is mass produced FROM A STRAIN OF MOLD.

Caused wakefulness
I switched to this brand bc it was 2 oz. Instead of the 1 oz. I usually buy. BIG MISTAKE bc it caused major sleep disruption for me. I poured it down the drain & went back to the one I had been using....Good zzzzz's again! Some magnesium causes wakefulness in some ppl.

Worth the money
I take magnesium to help me sleep and relax at night and the flavor is unbelievably tasty plus it's a nice big bottle so you don't go through it as quickly as the one ounce bottles

Following Instructions
My husband took more than two drops which caused him dizziness, so it is very important to take only 2 drops.
