We really like this vacuum; it has been a real game-changer for us! Highly recommended!!!
We bought this model of Levoit vacuum (the LVAC-200) after using the more expensive model at work (the LVAC-300). The 300 was so terrific to use at work that we wanted to get a Levoit for our home. However, we didn't need the larger size dust collector canister that the 300 has (which is perfect for doing a huge amount of carpeting in a professional building), so we went with the more economical 200 model. The model 200 has been excellent for home use. The vacuum is super easy to set up and use. The suction power is very good. The battery charge lasts at least 45 minutes of continual use. The tangle resistant roller design is important, since we have two long haired spaniels. In fact, I haven't had the need to pull hair out of the rollers like I always had to do with our Hoover WindTunnel. The dust collector is easy to clean. The vacuum is very light and easy to maneuver. The brush head can turn into a 90" angle when vacuuming, so it can get way into corners and small spaces. You can fold it completely flat to vacuum way under the beds. We have compared using this vacuum to our Hoover WindTunnel by thoroughly vacuuming a carpet first with the WindTunnel. Then, we vacuumed the same carpet with the Levoit. The Levoit picked up a ton of dirt and hair that the WindTunnel missed. It was pretty shocking how much the WindTunnel missed. I also love the fact that we don't have to adjust the roller height for different surfaces (like we always had to do with the WindTunnel). The Levoit moves effortlessly from bare floor to carpeting and doesn't miss any of the dirt along the edges of the carpet. When you look closely at the bare floor after vacuuming, you can see that the Levoit really got all the dust off the surface. Great suction power. We did go ahead and purchase additional batteries so we can always have one charging and ready to go. We also got extra filters. The Levoit customer service is very responsive, friendly, and professional. We had a question which they answered within 24 hours and then they followed up again to make sure that they completely answered our question (they did) and to see if we needed any further assistance. Very cool. I guess you can see that we really like this vacuum; it has been a real game-changer for us. I actually look forward to vacuuming.

Powerful, easy to use, and perfect for pet owners
I honestly love this vacuum. The suction is super powerful, especially for a cordless model, and the price is really reasonable for the quality you get from a name-brand like Levoit. I have a Golden Retriever, so I vacuum a lot — multiple times a week, sometimes daily — and this has held up really well with all the dog hair. It does an amazing job picking up fur from my couch, hardwood floors, tile, and low-pile rugs. I don’t have any thick rugs, so I can’t speak to that, but for everything I use it on, it works great. One feature I didn’t expect to love as much as I do is the light on the vacuum head — it really helps illuminate pet hair, dust, and debris, especially on lighter surfaces like my white tile in the bathroom and kitchen. It also makes a noticeable difference on my other floors by helping you catch things you might otherwise miss. The battery life is solid too. On high power, I get around 30–40 minutes on a full charge, which is more than enough for my space. It does drain faster on higher settings (as expected), but overall it lasts a long time. The only minor thing I’ve noticed is that when adjusting the angle, I sometimes gently use my foot on the base while moving the handle. There might be a more “official” way to do it, but when you’re vacuuming quickly, this feels like the most efficient way. Overall, it’s an awesome vacuum — powerful, easy to use, and great for pet owners. I’ve already been recommending it to friends!

Good Vacuum
This vaccine is lightweight, easy to use, and has three levels of suction. It’s not exactly what I want it to be but it does the job. The parts are easily removed, and there is never a clog. My first vacuum’s power was pretty short lived but this new one has long lasting power. I purchased this item because of the functionality of it, the different parts that it came with, and because it is lightweight and was advertised and long lasting power. All those are still true minus the power. After some time, the suction is poor, and the battery does too quickly.

Good value, very lightweight, great for seniors, does a good basic job of vacuuming.
Works great in my home. As a senior citizen, I find this lightweight vacuum just what I need as it makes vacuuming much easier and less of a chore. I have a 2,000 sq. ft. home that is about 3/4 carpeted. I am able to vacuum it all on one full charge on regular setting (not heave-duty). Does a good enough job for me. Fully charged battery works long enough for me to do my home and it seems to recharge fairly quickly as well. I also like that the canister is very easy to remove and empty. It was also easy to take apart and clean. And I like that product can stand up on its own. I looked at way too many cordless vacs trying to decide which to get, but I'm glad I got this one as it definitely does what I need for a good price and easy to use.

Finally! A vacuum under $300 that works
I have owned 4 cordless vacuum cleaners in as many years. The first was not a stick cleaner and worked well, but it was heavy and awkward and didn't get into tight spaces. It was so heavy, it didn't get used as much as it should have. I then bought two other stick-type vacuums, both were light and easy to maneuver, but didn't suck up the dirt - kind of a necessary function for a vacuum cleaner. My daughter has a Dyson, which I have used. The Dyson is definitely quality, but much heavier and not as easy to operate. Surprisingly, I prefer this vacuum to the Dyson. When I bought this Levoit, it was Wow! I found one that works. I bought it specifically because I have a Levoit air filter and I love it. I figured they were a quality manufacturer and I was right. I waited for a few weeks to review the vacuum to ensure that it continued to perform well. It has. As for the pros and cons - Pros: 1) it is very lightweight and easy to carry around the house. 2) Emptying the dust cup is super easy and doesn't make a mess. The dust cup removes with a simple push of a button and reattaches just as easily. I fought constantly with the prior vacuums to empty the dust cup and generally ended up covered in the dirt I had just vacuumed up. This dust cup is so easy to empty that there's no mess. 3) IT SUCKS! in the best way. No more going over the area 4 or 5 times and still leaving visible dirt. 4) It works well on hardwood, tile, and carpeting. I have hardwood floors with area rugs everywhere, and it moves without a hitch between carpet and bare floors. 5) The anti-hair wrap works like a dream. I have very thick hair that I was constantly pulling out of the brush when I vacuumed. I have not had to yank the hair out of the vacuum head once - a big deal to me. I don't have pets, but I assume it would function the same for pet hair. 6) The battery life is perfectly adequate for me, but it does help that I have a smaller house. I use it mostly on maximum suction, so it doesn't last a long time. But I believe this is generally the case for most cordless stick vacuums - most reviews for these stick vacuums complain about the battery life. I think it's a tradeoff for the lighter weight. It's a compromise I am willing to make. But if you are comparing similar items, the battery life is equivalent to any of the others I have used. 7) I LOVE that it stands up by itself! This was a dealbreaker for me. I hate to have to lean the vacuum up against something in the middle of vacuuming when you have to move something out of the way. 8) I like the light on the vacuum head. It helps to see the floor in areas that aren't brightly lit. 9) It does, in fact, lay all the way down so you can get under furniture. 10) There's virtually no assembly required. It probably took 30 seconds to put together, max. Cons: 1) The only small negative that I can see is that the long tube does not adjust up or down. However, I am a tall woman (5' 9"), and it works well for me - it comes up high enough to be comfortable. So for me, this isn't a negative. Overall, I can't say enough positive things about this vacuum. I would choose this vacuum every time over any other that I have used. If you are trying to choose between this Levoit and another brand, I highly recommend the Levoit.

WAKE UP!
Guys, this vacuum is a total rip off. For the $200 price tag, this thing is a JOKE. My mom bought this and was happy with it, but she has no idea what a rip off it is. There are two specs (specifications) you want to look for when purchasing a vacuum: watts, and kpa. Watts is the amount of power it consumes, and kpa is the amount of suction force it can generate. They are not directly proportional, but they are related in the sense that more power consumption (watts) will typically give you more suction force (kpa). So what does that mean for this vacuum? The lvac-200 model of this vacuum is only a 180w vacuum. In the context of what wattage and kpa other vacuums are making, that’s a JOKE! They don’t even advertise the kpa, because at that wattage rating it’s probably next to nothing. If you look at other cordless vacuums, they are rated as high as 800w and 60kpa, which is a respectable rating given that expensive corded vacuums are typically pulling around 1,100w. You’ll rarely, if ever, get the same ratings as a corded vacuum from a battery powered cordless one, but 800w is pretty close, and the best I’ve found so far. PLEASE stop googling things like “best cordless vacuums” when you’re making decisions as to what you want to buy. There’s an article that pops up that lists this vacuum as their first choice, and guys, this thing is a JOKE! Do you know why the article listed this first? Because this company paid them to! There’s even a direct link in the article that leads to this Amazon product page so you can purchase this vacuum. And do you know why this vacuum is near the top of the search results when you search for cordless vacuums on Amazon? Because this company pays Amazon to put their product at the top of the search results! That is NOT my “conspiracy theory” or anything like that. That IS how this works, and that’s why most products at the top of the Amazon search results says “sponsored” next to them: because they’re paying to have their product near the top. Now all that said, how is the company paying for all of this advertising? By charging YOU $200 for this JOKE of a vacuum cleaner!! PLEASE catch on that the philosophy of these companies is that as long as you see their product first, that’s the one you’ll buy, so they pay a ton of money to advertise it so that you’ll see it and buy it, and they pass the cost of that advertising on to you in the price of the product you’re buying. That’s why this piece of GARBAGE costs $200: because it’s a $50 vacuum cleaner with $150 of advertising costs stacked on top! In summary, I returned this junk on my mom’s behalf, and I ordered her a new cordless that comes with 2 batteries, pulls 800w, and suctions with 60kpa. It’s more than double what this vacuum is, and it was about $40 less than this one. I hope anyone reading this WAKES. UP. and stops throwing their money away on garbage. Have a little self respect! Why do you allow these companies to sell you junk at an exorbitant price? When making any purchase decision, stop relying on a third party review, and instead learn the specs that are relevant to what you’re purchasing (watts and kpa), find products that meet those specs (800 watts and 60kpa) and then pick the one that has the better features (like extra attachments or two batteries, for example). THAT is how you make a good decision and get your moneys worth. THIS piece of garbage is a prime example of the power of an effective purchase funnel, and that’s ALL this is: effective advertising! I hope this helps someone make informed decisions and get their moneys worth out of their products in the future.

Priced point. Effective. Lightweight. Picks up everything.
Priced correctly, effective, efficient, reliable, lightweight, easy. Hairs does not tangle easily, filter easy to clean. Picks up dust and dirt and everything you need. I can’t believe how much it picks up!! Compared to my Dyson, the suction is not as strong but it definitely gets the job done. Dyson does have a higher suction but you pay the price for it. Overall, I do enjoy using the Letvoit than my Dyson. Don’t discount it because of the price or name brand. I highly recommend this. I do have a 9month old crawler and a dog. My dog is long haired. Picks up her fur very well. Not to mention I have 3 daughters plus myself with super long hair down to your butt. You can only imagine how much hair and fur it picks up. I’m vacuuming like every 2-3 hours not because it’s not doing its job but because I’m just amazed of how much is being picked up on this vaccum than my Dyson. ( I do live in an older home too). I love it!!! For the price point, and battery life, it’s well worth it!!

Made chores fun again
Bought this Levoit because My old cordless vac’s battery from a certain brand was dying and I looked into another one from them but found out about this brand from a recent purchase of a Levoit air filter. I opted for the nicer model and boy does it pick up dirt. It picked up what my old one left behind and that was in eco mode. This vac is easy to use and it’s amazing it can stand up and not really any bigger than my old one. It has the quality and feel of some that cost much more. I love the 2 in one attachment and the couch/smaller surface attachment. The battery comes out to charge more easily and with this standing on its own I didn’t have to go drilling for a dock. Emptying the dust bin is nice because it comes off from the body so I can more easily bring it to a receptacle. It really is picking up things on carpet /rugs and floors other vacs struggle with. It will jam up and stop spinning in my big loose bathroom rugs but all my cordless vacs have done it. I just turn it back on no biggie. Love the display for status and battery which super expensive vacuums often lack. Great value for my 1k square foot apartment with multiple surfaces and handy to clean out the car.
