Light weight, comfortable and built well
So far, so good. These fits well and are light weight enough for long hikes. I haven't had these that long but if they last anywhere as long as the last pair of Merrels I had in the previvious version of this model they will be more then worth it.

Good quality
The Merrell shoes are always made of good quality. It fit me as expected. But I did not received the Boulder color , instead you sent me a grey color ( Zappos) I am living in Ecuador South America and it is difficult to make a return. I will keep them. The shoes are comfortable, light and do not hurt my feet afterwards.

Not comfortable
I normally wear Keen shoes but decided to try Merrell because my wife purchased a pair and liked them a lot. This is the second one I have tried and they are not comfortable to me. The heal area is narrow making them uncomfortable. The sole is narrow which means it is easy to roll a ankle. The are good looking shoes and seem to be well made, just don't work for me. I will stick with Keens.

They came a wide size that fits. This my 4th pair. They last and last.

I love Merrill shoes and boots
If you have a wide foot like me they are perfect and very comfortable to walk in I definitely recommend them
