Firstly, there are a lot of parts to this but don't let it put you off...the end result is totally worth it.The fixture is very well packed with each individual part clearly labelled and in its own compartment, to avoid damage. The instructions are not the best but still perfectly adequate.All the parts are high quality and perfectly finished.It will take a good 3/4 of a day to assemble but patience is a virtue. It really is stunning once fully assembled.When hanging the crystals, start in the centre and work your way out, one lot of numbered crystals at a time.I used LOHAS 3.5w warm white LEDs rather than halogen lamps because it will be significantly cheaper to run. 31.5 watts as opposed to 450 watts.It is also worth noting that the customer service is excellent.I highly recommend this item.

I love the light, it has fitted in beautifully in our new vaulted roof and is really effective. The only two criticisms, is that the hooks are a bit cheap and we found some alternative ones with a feeder, that worked much better working at height fitting them. The bulbs for this particular light that fit it perfectly were £9 each, we found cheaper GU10's but the size of the bulb was larger. We had not appreciated that and had to adapt the screws with large hand made ones.

This is a fantastic product and despite the time it takes to individually connect each strand one by one, the end result is impressive!. I spent the best part of two days hanging this light and dropped a few of the crystals in the process, none of which broke by the way! I must have dropped them from at least 12ft and they hit my scaffolding on the way down but were still in one piece. Lady luck was obviously in my corner. The light has transformed my hallway and from the outside of the house, looks impressive.

Fantastic in my hall looks a million dollars without the cost .but you need alot of patients alot but well worth it

Great item. Takes alot of time but very worth it, in fact I just bought another similar one now. With this one work out from the centre with numbers. On final row begin with longest ball first as it meets a raise ball on the main feature then work back. I missed this, so regret it...still lovely item. Allow alot of planning and pain..lol

I bought this chandelier for my stairs . It looks absolutly stunning . it looks very expensive . very please with my purchase . It took 3 hours to assemble .

Absolutely beautiful and well worth the money. Looks like it cost a fortune! Took around 6hrs to put up but more than worth the effort. Highly recommended.
