I got this because my other latter is bulky and a pain to carry. This works great! A little sketchy if you’re closer to the top it feels like it might bend in half but it won’t!

Although it's too soon to tell how well it will hold up, I used the ladder once and it appears to be very sturdy and easy to operate. A bit hefty while carrying, it worked very well.

I don't know if I'll ever use a traditional ladder again. This thing works everywhere, is super lightweight, and fits in a small car. Great purchase. Thanks!

Bought this for two of our service plumbers so far both of them are very happy with quality and convenience of the space saving which looks cleaner in vehicles in place of the racks and big bulky ladders sitting on top of their vans

I own 10 of these from different sellers and makers. Within two weeks the top two rungs of this ladder bent and no longer slide correctly.

Packaged great and as described! Has some bend to it, but is sturdy. Mine came in with a dent from the Velcro strap on the top rung. Not a huge deal breaker since your not supposed to step on it anyway, but could use a other means to be held together, when it's collapsed, so this doesn't happen. Extends while and love the functionality of it. Used it to climb on top of my roof to clear off debris just fine.

I'm 200 lbs, was power sanding a windowsill 15' up and the ladder snapped in half under me. I'm lucky I didn't break any bones but I sprained both my ankles and tore my jeans landing from the fall. Didn't even have it fully extended.Works great except it almost killed me. I'd ask for a refund but I got it 5 months ago and I'm outside the return window.
