NooraniHenna Based Hair Color and Herbal Powder (6 Pouch x 10g), BURGUNDY HENNA)

This is a henna/chemical dye combo, however unlike some similar products, their info stresses the consistency of color that this provides rather than trying to mislead the user into thinking it is "All Natural". (This is also actually true since 100% botanical dye can take differently or even not color at all depending on various outside factors such as temperature.) I actually appreciate the honesty of this approach and that's what made me purchase it. The product itself covered my greys without wrecking my hair. It's soft and shiny and doesn't smell wierd. There was no burning during coloring or anything like that either. I also like that it comes in several smaller packages within the box so that you can just mix what you need and the rest stays fresh for later use. An additional plus in my book is that this brand doesn't include the poor quality single use coloring brushes that come with some of these types of dyes which are wasteful and not really that useful. I would definitely buy this brand again.

This product is fantastic! It's chemical-free and the hair absorbs the dye quickly, without the long waiting times.

I like the quality of the henna but the packaging is very wasteful and redundant. Each individual package is packaged inside two other packages lol. Why does each one need to be sealed in 3x ?

The good: color is beautiful. The bad: hair doesn't feel thicker and stronger like it did with henna guys. I did the test on my skin.... No reaction. I used the product, and nothing. Two hours later I have blisters and welts and a massive red rash all over my scalp, spreading down my neck and on my shoulders. Massive amounts of heat pouring from my head and neck. I'm miserable. And dangest part of it is that my skin test is still reading normal. Will never use it again... I'll stick to henna guys.

Not very lasting coverage for my thick dark hair with some grey. I would need to mix with 50% black henna powder, otherwise, my grey will only be like very light brown or orange hue and the color washes off in 2-3 wash even though I kept the dye on my hair for overnight.
