This item really surprised me. The quality of the product is good, but the keyboard is outstanding. Really long battery life and the keys are very responsive. I'm a touch typer and can hit about 50 words per minute. I find the keyboard is quick and responsive. To me, the best feature is the keyboard is magnetically attached, so it's easy to just pull off and sit a few feet away from the tablet and keep typing. I've traveled to Mexico, Canada and even Philadelphia with the case and like the protection it gives my tablet while banging around my backpack.

I love my new cover. Wish I found it sooner; spent $99 for the Zigg cover when I bought my tablet from the Verizon dealer when it first came out-this wasn't available at the time and I needed a cover to travel with for business. Love the easy one/off bluetooth connection, the trackpad and the way you can customize the cover with or without the keypad. The only negative I even have is that it makes the tablet a little bulkier and heavier to put into a purse/bag for business travel. Otherwise, it makes this a perfect companion to the Note Pro 12.2

Everything you need. Nothing you don't. Doesn't quite make the tablet a laptop, but definitely makes it easier to type in data when that's what is needed. Nice tablet nav keys on the top row, too.

I just bought this keyboard for my Tab Pro 12.2 so I have no useage experience yet. The tablet shows it to be linked yet there is no response, no cursor or other indication that it is working. Is there some way to contact tech support?

Works perfectly

This is a great cover/keyboard combo. I love the keyboard ... it's there when needed, but not necessary all the time. The cover closes nicely and stays closed, despite only having that one magnetic closure. My tablet also stays put in the cover. I can't stand that my tablet slid out from other covers, because they were poorly made. This is a well made cover!

Keyboard does not stay attached.when you open case,if you are not careful,the keyboard will slide off.
