But I shouldn't have to reach out to you to ask what is happening. I see that the package couldn't be delivered. I had to reach out to the buyer to figure out what happened. I will still give 5 stars regardless of what happens.2. Thank you for making it right and fixing it and the speedy delivery.3. I love the color and the size and how my cats have space, it's very soft and has many places for my cats to lounge.4. It's very solid and easy to assemble and also very sturdy.5. Also it was not as expensive, it was able to fit in my budget, as I have seen more for more money. But it was this style and color I wanted.6. I would recommend this for other cat lovers.Thank you

This cat tree is very large and it took my husband 2 hrs to put it together! It has a lot of parts to assemble. But it is a nice tree! I picked the light color to not show hair as bad! Sturdy and nice! Very tall and holds alot of big cats!

This is a great size for a great price! They hammocks are not sturdy enough for my older cats so they won't go in them. But this is worth the money, it's cheaper then I've found anywhere else for this size. It's durable and it's never fallen over or even shake. My cats absolutely love it and it's so soft!

I have four adult cats - one of whom is quite chubby, and another who we think is older. He can't jump up very high. I got this cat tree thinking it would be good for both of them. There's a larger bed up top, and I like that there's lots of adding around the two beds (some other cat trees just have platforms). I also have a cat who likes to hide in the cubbies, which are nice and spacious. But there are several issues. First, the little cot on the bottom is really tiny. My senior cat used to like to lay in the cot on our old condo but he doesn't touch this one. Second, I'd hoped the little rounded ledges on the bottom would make it easy for the cats (especially the senior one) to climb, but as you can see from the picture, they barely extend beyond the width of the tree. Then, there's the mini scratcher on the platform between the two cubbies. It is required for support, but it extends out and takes up the main portion of the platform so that the cats couldn't jump on it to get up to higher levels. My husband had to cut & modify it so it would be upright and out of the way but still provide support. And the two side "pockets" are completely useless for adult cats. Only a maniacal kitten would swing and jump in there. Another thing we had to do was buy stairs to make the one side accessible. Ultimately, I wish I hadn't gotten it. It was easy enough to assemble and the price was decent, but without the modifications it would be pretty useless. My cats all stood at the bottom, pacing and looking up, trying to figure out how to get up it. I still haven't seen two of my cats on it at all.

Easy to assemble. All the parts are included and the holes for the screws all line up as they should. One thing to note is the bottom of the A part (the base) has one silver part that I was unsure if it matters what attaches to that and couldn't find any specific notes in the instructions, but later found out that the bottom scratching board will have to attach to that silver part on the base. So to save other buyers the same frustration of having to turn the base around after already assembling some of the steps, I am mentioning it. This is well built, sturdy, and excellent size for my five cats. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy this again for other rooms in my house.
