Great adapter
Great adapter plate. H bracket for track lighting project didn't fit on existing box. Connected H bracket to this one, then this one to box. Very simple fix.

M4 x .7 Metric
Worked great for me! Comes with two length screws… I had to get ones that where in between size for my pendant light. Note to self- you need metric M4 x .7 to thread into the mount and for the crown nuts to work.

Super useful, happy I had them on hand. Sturdy enough for most jobs. Easy to use. My old house has old electrical boxes and most modern fixtures never seemed to line up correctly. With these I always manage to make it work / fit with little to no modification to the brackets or having to replace the box. Good value.
